Our company offers only the finest automotive products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. The following policies cover all products unless stated otherwise in the details of our listing for the item in question.
Shipping Policy:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment, except when ordered on a Friday afternoon, holiday, or weekend. In those cases, items will ship Monday morning or the next business day.
We ship our products from 6 warehouse locations throughout the United States; Maryland, Georgia, Indiana, Florida, Texas and California. This allows shorter delivery time for our valued buyers.
On the rare occasion one of our distribution centers suddenly becomes out of stock item will ship from our next nearest warehouse location.
Most of our items are shipped FedEx, although on occasion we ship UPS contingent on best delivery.
We do not offer Express shipping at this time but most items are delivered in 1-3 business days from date of shipment.
Refund of Shipping Costs:
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is in error on our part. You are responsible for all freight charges for shipments that are returned or refused through no fault of our own. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Damaged Shipments:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer’s Defects:
If a product has a manufacture’s defect, email us sales@broadstoneproducts.com for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions on where to send the item to our Return Center. If an item is to be returned due to manufactures defect, you Must first receive a Return Authorization Number. Your package will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the package.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Your request for any return merchandise must be approved through our return center. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return you item. You must email the return request to sales@broadstoneproducts.com (with RETURN in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with your return instructions will be emailed to you. Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the package. Products being returned must have an approved RA# before returning your product.
All of our Products are guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty!
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem
- & the appropriate “return shipping address”.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
- Email may be sent to sales@broadstoneproducts.com if you need current status of your return.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
- IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
- To get an RA number email your request to sales@broadstoneproducts.com.
- When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
- Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, warranty, and all else that came with it).
· Original packaging
· Original invoice or receipt
Once your return is authorized by our return center you need to:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return center department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box or package.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return center.
