While not exactly an Ebay "junkie", I have been online since the early days ('94), and have purchased many, many, many items online...from Sammy Hagar to stuff for the car, from a custom guitar to...uh...stuff from afar. Anyway, the number of transactions may not be huge, but if I am bidding I am a real, interested buyer and not some lowlife bidding for kicks. Also, I have just begun selling some items -8/08- (like guitars: my wife doesn't understand that you CANNOT have too many guitars), and I will list all items as honestly as possible and probably undercharge for S/H (good selling point, eh?)
The reason I didn't use Ebay that much before is that I was been busy with a career as an Investment Adviser/Brokerage Manager/Operations VP since '92, and then discovered that a lingering backache was actually bone cancer in '04. I have been a full-time patient most of the last 4 years, but I now have lots of free time, and have discovered that you can find pretty much anything on Ebay - usually at a good price. I have to admit, I am spending a lot of time checking out different items. To sum it up, I am a mid-30's male from the Deep South, USA, looking to pick up (or make my wife happy by getting rid of) some stuff - probably mostly guitar-related items...email me if any ?'s on my bids or sales.
