My comic book geekdom!

For the last 30 years, I have been a comic book collector. Currently my main interests are Golden Age good-girl comics (Fox, St. John, Fiction House, etc.). For the most part, I stay away from the mainstream and so do many of the guys I deal with. I'm a collector, not a dealer, and many of the things I sell are duplicates of books I wouldn't part with. For the most part, I try to specialize in high grade comics (money in the bank) and stuff that you don't find at the local comic store.

My advice to new ebay buyers

Number one: When you send payment, for the love of God, include a description of what you are paying for with payment. Do NOT be one of the mindless tools who write "for comic book" on your check and drop it in an empty envelope. I sell hundreds of comic books, brainiac! And please don't just send me the item number, I for one, don't memorize them. For example, "Batman 123" will suffice at the very least. And please INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS. It's the 21st Century, eBay has been around long enough, you should have figured this one out by now. The best envelope I ever received was $20 in American cash from someone in Singapore. No description, no return address, no clue, nothing.
