At Brookwood Best Computers, my goal is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience and to exceed your expectations.  I am an eBay Power Seller and take pride in the products I sell and the service I provide. 

Products

I sell quality name brand computers that have been cleaned, tested and are ready to go to work.  I am an A+ certified technician who spends several hours making sure each computer I sell is fully functional. 

Guarantee

Most of the products I sell carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  I also offer extended warranty services through SquareTrade.  I strongly recommend the SquareTrade warranty.  It is affordable, easy to purchase and will protect you in the event of an equipment failure. 

Payment

I use PayPal exclusively for all payments.  Credit cards are also accepted through PayPal.  PayPal is convenient, easy to use, fast and secure.

Shipping

I use FedEx ground for larger, heavier items and USPS for smaller, lighter items.  I have tried most of the major carriers and have had the best experience by far with FedEx and USPS.  I pack well and ship quickly, usually the next business day.  I do not ship outside the continental United States.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

My shipping policy is to only charge my actual packing and shipping expenses.  To ensure your purchase arrives safely, I spend considerable time making sure each item is well packed.  In many cases this involves extra expense for heavy duty boxes, strong packing tape, bubble wrap, etc. but I feel it is worth it.  Please keep in mind that delivering your package to the carrier's facility is also expensive.  Because many of the computers I sell are heavy and are shipped long distances, the shipping charge reflects this.  If you have any questions about my shipping charges or feel they are not reasonable, please contact me so I can verify that you are being charged the appropriate amount.

Feedback

Feedback is very important.  My goal is to give and receive positive feedback on every transaction.  If you are not satisified with your purchase, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  I will work with you to resolve any problems.  Once I receive positive feedback from you, I will leave positive feedback for you.

Email is the best way to contact me.  I try to respond quickly, usually the same day, sometimes within a few hours.  When you contact me, please provide as much information as possible.   Too much information is much better than too little.
