Shipping & Handling

1. Delivery Time is approx. 9 - 14 business days to most US, UK & Australia destinations. For orders to Brazil / South America/ Italy / France / Spain / Germany/ Eastern Europe, your order may sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks due to strict Custom Inspection. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
3. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong directly.
4. We will ship worldwide EXCEPT Nigera, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau
Due to Custom restrictions, we do not ship Lighters to US, MP3/4 players and Laser pointer to Germany
5. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store Listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
6. Optional shipping insurance is offered. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.
7. Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). We ONLY handle the shipping to you.
