CAN I PAY BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK?
Yes, we accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. Please allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear our account. No international personal checks accepted.
CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL?

IF I PAY WITH PAYPAL - WILL YOU SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS?
Yes, we ship to an unconfirmed address. In order for us to do this, we require insurance on your purchase. We are not liable for lost or damage packages to unconfirmed addresses.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?
Yes, make sure you add insurance to your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR MY ITEM?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00PM or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Tracking information can be found by accessing your PayPal account and clicking on shipping details.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
We ship Priority Mail, two to three days, United States Postal Service. Express Mail is available for an additional cost.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After your order has been processed and shipped, USPS takes two to three business days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Since we are a North Carolina company, we are required by state tax to charge 7.5% sales tax when shipping to North Carolina addresses only.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and packing materials until advised otherwise by USPS. Contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact USPS Customer Service.
