IMPORTANT: Make sure your shipping address specified on Paypal is up-to-date and correct. No refunds will be given for incorrect or out-of-date addresses if the item is misdelivered. Q: How long does it take for me to receive my item?
A: Delivery to most parts of Australia will normally take between 5-7 business days. Remote regions may take considerably longer to reach. Please note that weekends are not considered 'business days'. Based on past experience, most of our customers receive their items in just over a week.
Q: I have not received my items. Please tell me what's going on.

Q: Do you ship to any other countries besides Australia, UK and Irleand?
A: Unfortunately our ebay auction is set up to accept customers in Australia, the UK & Ireland only. If you're located outside of these countries, pls send us an email with your purchase intent.
Q: Why have you not replied to my messages?
A: We reply to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. If you had previously sent us multiple emails inquiries and have not received a reply, it is because we are unable to check on messages sent directly to our account. All correspondence regarding your purchase must be sent using ebay's messaging service.
Q: Do you accept cheques?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to take cheques because our bank is located in the US. We do however accept international postal money orders or Western Union denominated in US dollars.
Q: Do you accept direct deposits?
A: We no longer take direct deposits because our bank has started charging a high fee for this service. We recommend using Paypal or sending an international money order instead.
Q: Will US-made games work on my Australian/Euro PC?
A: Unlike XBox, Gamecube & PS2 games, there is no PAL or NTSC issue with PC games. PAL & NTSC formats apply only to games that are played on your TV. All games we sell should work on any PC in the world, provided minimum requirements are met (mentioned in our auction).
Warning to scammers & fraud buyers
Online fraud is a serious criminal offence. DON'T EVEN THINK about bidding on our auction if you're planning on using a stolen credit card or fraud bank account. You will be immediately reported to an equivalent law enforcement agency in your area (we will be ringing them direct). FAQ section our Australian & UK customers
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my item?
A: Delivery to most parts of Australia will normally take between 5-7 business days. Remote regions may take considerably longer to reach. Please note that weekends are not considered 'business days'. Based on past experience, most of our customers receive their items in just over a week.
Q: I have not received my items. Please tell me what's going on.
A: Refer to answer for question #1.
Q: Do you ship to any other countries besides Australia, UK and Irleand?
A: Unfortunately our ebay auction is set up to accept customers in Australia, the UK & Ireland only. If you're located outside of these countries, pls send us an email with your purchase intent.
Q: Why have you not replied to my messages?
A: We reply to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. If you had previously sent us multiple emails inquiries and have not received a reply, it is because we are unable to check on messages sent directly to our account. All correspondence regarding your purchase must be sent using ebay's messaging service.
Q: Do you accept cheques?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to take cheques because our bank is located in the US. We do however accept international postal money orders or Western Union denominated in US dollars.
Q: Do you accept direct deposits?
A: We no longer take direct deposits because our bank has started charging a high fee for this service. We recommend using Paypal or sending an international money order instead.
Q: Will US-made games work on my Australian/Euro PC?
A: Unlike XBox, Gamecube & PS2 games, there is no PAL or NTSC issue with PC games. PAL & NTSC formats apply only to games that are played on your TV. All games we sell should work on any PC in the world, provided minimum requirements are met (mentioned in our auction).
Warning to scammers & fraud buyers
Online fraud is a serious criminal offence. DON'T EVEN THINK about bidding on our auction if you're planning on using a stolen credit card or fraud bank account. You will be immediately reported to an equivalent law enforcement agency in your area (we will be ringing them direct). All details including your name, address & telephone number will be handed over to the authorities.
