Hey everyone! I have been selling and buying on ebay for sometime now and have experienced many different things. Many scams are floating around ebay and we have written guides on them so take a look!
First off
WE NEVER EVER END AUCTIONS EARLY A) IT IS AGAINST EBAY RULES!!! B) IT IS NOT FAIR TO THE EBAY COMMUNITY! C) AGAIN I NEVER END AUCTIONS EARLY.
ALSO I NEVER SELL ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF EBAY. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM THAT I HAVE AND IT IS NOT ON EBAY ALREADY I WILL BE GLAD TO CREATE A PRIVATE AUCTION FOR YOU!!
Our Items
condition: All of our items are in the condition that we would receive them in. We never sell junk. We describe the items as best as we can to ensure the bidder that what we are describing is what you will get. Being honest is the key for ebay selling.
Shipping:
When we know that one of our items are ending on ebay we almost 90% of the time watch the last few minutes of the auction just in case of any last minute questions. We also do this to package the item right then so right when we receive payment we can get that item to you right away. If we receive payment right away and the post office or UPS store is still open we try our very best to get the package shipped. We only use prompt delivery services. WE WILL NEVER USE USPS PARCEL POST!! One of the first items i sold took 30 days to be delivered, which as you could imagine was a nightmare since i constantly was harassed by the ebayer wanting to know when the package was going to arrive. Smaller ebay items i ship either USPS first class mail or USPS Priority. Larger items i ship USPS Ground, but if the winner of the auction would like the items to arrive sooner just let us know and we can arrange to use a faster shipping service.
Almost 95% of my items are delivered within 6-7 days!!!
International bidders:
Yes I do ship most of my items internationally and i do have experience with shipping international. I have shipped to Canada, Mexico, and Japan so far. Also i am aware of many overseas scams so for any international bidders i only receive paypal.
Feedback:
We believe feedback is very important to Ebay. It tells the ebay community who you are as a seller or buyer. We give everyone a fair chance even if a bidder has 0 feedback or some negative feedback since we where all new to ebay at one time. I believe the best thing for new members are to contact the seller before placing a bid to ensure them that you have means and intend to pay for the item if you win the auction. If i win an auction i always leave feedback when i receive the item. I do this because if after multiple times of trying to contact the seller about my problem i believe that the ebay community should be able to see the fault of the seller. So far i have bought many things on ebay and have NEVER GIVEN Negative Feedback and all of my items where great. As a seller i leave feedback after i receive feedback.
