We are a family business owned and run by Andrew, Michelle, Paxton & Marian. We are an online business that specialises mainly in Australian Banknotes such as Pre-Decimal, Decimal and Polymer Banknotes and we have one of the largest collections in Australia of First and Last Prefixes.

Over the last two years we have conducted more than 2,000 auctions on eBay and have achieved a high feedback rating making us one of the largest and most successful online sellers of banknotes on eBay and in Australia.

We deal mainly in high grade banknotes that are in Uncirculated condition or close to Uncirculated condition. We offer a wide range of Banknotes on eBay at up to 90% below catalogue or retail price.

Not all our stock available is listed on eBay so please get in contact with us and let us know what you need and we will list the item for you or notify you when it becomes available. If you have a needs or wants list then send it through to us and we will locate the items for you. We only offer second chance offers on request so if you missed an item and would like to buy it as a second chance offer then please email us with your request.

BANKNOTE GRADES

We guarantee the grade of all our banknotes listed. We guarantee them to be genuine and authentic. All our banknotes are flat, fresh, clean, crisp, have a strong body and colour, have sharp clean corners that are square and have no holes or tears unless otherwise stated in the auction description.



PHOTOS USED IN THE AUCTION

The banknotes shown in the photos for any auction are the ones for sale that will be posted out to the final winner.

Sometimes the camera lens will cause the banknotes to appear curved when they are in fact flat and straight. All our banknotes are guaranteed to be flat and straight unless otherwise stated in the auction description.

Sometimes the camera lens will cause the banknotes to appear as if the dimensions or the size of the banknote is incorrect when in fact it is correct. All our banknotes are guaranteed to be the correct size and have the correct dimensions unless otherwise stated in the auction description.



MULTIPLE PURCHASES

Purchases of more than one item over a 3 day period can be added into one total or invoice to save on postage and handling charges starting from the time the first auction finishes. Each additional purchase will only be charged an additional $1 postage and handling fee.



PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is to be made within 3 days from the auction finishing and if you are purchasing items over a 3 day period then payment is to be made within 3 days from the final purchase made or invoice sent.



PAYMENT PLANS

We offer no payment plans or extensions.



METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept any type of payment that can be made via Paypal which includes credit and debit cards and eCheque.



POSTAGE & HANDLING

We only mail out items registered post or platinum express and the charges are listed below:

Registered is at $6.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item purchased.

Platinum express is at $15.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item purchased. Platinum express is usually next day delivery to Australian Capital Cities and is fully trackable.

All International orders are mailed out registered post only. The first item is charged at $15.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item purchased.

Some items will have a higher postage charge such as banknote bundles and this will be listed on the auction page of that auction. Some rare or high ticket items will only be mailed out using platinum express and this again will be listed on the auction page of that item.

All items are mailed out within 24 hours or the next business day when payment has been received.

We always send out an email to confirm payment received and we also send a separate email to confirm that the items have been posted.

LOCAL PICK UP

We are a e-commerce and mail order business only. We do not offer local pick up.



REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We guarantee the grade of all our banknotes listed and hence offer a 7 day exchange period if your not happy with the item or we have made a genuine mistake. If we can't exchange the item we will refund the purchase price minus the postage.
