Bullseye Records of Canada & Memoribillia

Welcome to Bullseye Records of Canada's official Ebay site. Here you will find product from our 25 years of being a Canadian Classic Rock and New Music record label. Almost all of the CDs in our inventory was manufactured under license from the artists involved, are 100% guaranteed against defects and usually come sealed (if not, than 'like new' or used will be indicated. Other items like movie memoribillia or other music memoribillia come from my vast personal collection of items or have been acquired by me in wholesale deals. These items are also guaranteed. We try to describe non-Bullseye items to the best of our ability, but do not claim to be experts in comic book or trading card quality just as an example. We often rely on well-researched opinions by experts in similar fields.

Every auction or store inventory item has a clear description, accepted forms of payment, postal costs and reasonable expectation of shipping time. However, a few things that you should be aware of before bidding on anything in our store:

SHIPPING TIMES AND RESOLUTIONS
1) We are in Canada. Because we are in Canada, postal service is grossly inadequate. As such, despite our best efforts, items MIGHT take longer than outlined in our shipping time description. As a rule, items to Europe seem to move pretty fast as they are airmailed while items to Western Canada or Western USA tend to take much longer because they go by ground. THERE ARE NO TRACKING NUMBERS FOR SMALL PACKAGE OR LETTER MAIL.

2) Please do not file complaints against us through PayPal or Ebay until you've asked us about failure to receive your item first. We answer most inquiries within 48 hours. Anyone opening a case file against us BEFORE getting correspondence back from us in an effort to resolve the issue will be refunded immediately and banned from ever bidding in the Bullseye store ever again.

3) We are very easy to work with and will replace suspected lost items or give refunds should you request it as you'll see from the over 2,000 satisfied customers. Those that have left negative feedback have been either impatient or thoroughly unreasonable in accepting the terms and conditions set out in our store policies.

4) We ship from Toronto every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your item needs to be paid by 12:00AM EST the night before a mail run to be included in the next day's mail delivery. If not, your package will have to wait 3 days to be shipped. The clock on the 10-15 business days delivery promise starts ticking only THEN.

5) Shipping costs listed in the item description is the actual shipping cost. The amount that is automated and shows up in the auction searches is an arbitrary amount that Ebay has set without consideration for the ACTUAL cost to send a package. If you are NOT willing to pay the amount we've included at the BOTTOM of the auction description please don't bid.

PACKAGING
1) We send all our items in standard bubble pack envelopes unless the item is oversized which may involve boxing it or a plastic container. If you have a specific way you want something shipped (i.e. without a jewel case) we can accommodate but may require extra payment to cover the cost of packaging or reduce your shipping cost if we can make the shipment more economical by repackaging the item to be less bulky.

2) Please don't bitch at us over cracked or damaged jewel cases. A jewel case is a shipping box. It has no intrinsic value and does not effect the playability or enjoyment of your item. We send everything in pristine condition but the jewel case is nothing more than a vessel to keep the CD from getting damaged. If the disc is damaged, we will replace it. The jewel case is merely another piece of excess packaging and we will not refund for damaged ones.
