| Bump-n-Hustle music store is a pretty easy going place. I love my regular customers and normally things operate like clockwork. However, when things don't go to plan these are our terms and conditions. It is in your interest to read them as they affect you. |
By buying from us, you agree to the following terms |
Bidding
If you use the 'Buy Now' option, you have entered into a binding contract. This means you must see the deal through and pay. If you then change your mind, sorry - tough. eBay should be trouble free and I want to offer legitimate buyers the chance to buy, I take exception to being messed around and will report all members to eBay if they waste my time. |
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of winning/buying an item. Paypal only. I will report all non-payers to eBayer and you will receive either an item strike or your account will be suspended if you renege on the deal. |
Returns
If you wish to return your item, you can do so within 7 days or receiving the item. You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the original shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to me. The item must be the exact same item that was sent and be in the same condition. It is your responsibility to pack the item well and be able to prove you sent the item back (trackable). |
Refunds
I will issue a full refund if you item is not received. If the item is damaged you must send the record back to me (at your expense) and I will issue a refund based on what I receive back from you. |
High Risk Customers
I have the right not to honour a bidders order if I feel the member is a 'high risk' customer. High risk customers are those who have only 0 (zero) to 10 (ten) comments on their feedback, and/or have an account based in Africa (except South Africa) or parts of Eastern Europe. If you would like to buy one of my items and feel that you may be classed as a high risk customer, please contact me first. |

| Record Grading |
Near Mint (NM)
Our highest grade. Very nearly new, Cover in top shape, Vinyl most likely unplayed or only a handful of times. |
Excellent (EX)
A real nice item, still OK for collectors. Cover and vinyl will have very few imperfections. |
Very Good Plus Plus (VG++)
A record and cover which is generally clean throughout. No splits, tears or writing. Might have some very slight imperfections but will only slightly diminish the overall listening. |
Very Good Plus (VG+)
Cover may have saw marks, hole punch, edge/ring wear but will not have splits, tears or writing. Vinyl will have light marks with the odd audible click, tick or general light background noise in places. |
Very Good
The cover may one or more of the following: split, tear, sticker tear, hole punch, edge/ring wear, writing on cover or label. Expect general surface noise or clicks/pops here and there. |
Good
The cover will have some major flaws. The record will have heavy wear and very apparent surface noise. |
