I received my first pony for the holidays and was hooked from there. We are selective in our collection, with a preference to the Native American ponies.

We carry a business license and we are AUTHORIZED (WESTLAND) PAINTED PONY DEALERS!

Let US try to find that pony YOU'VE been looking for! We can obtain the current (non retired) ponies from Westland (based on their stock availability) and are continuously on a search for older, retired or HTF ponies that are so in demand, sometimes driving long distances, hoping to get that one desired pony!

When you purchase from us, we offer a 7 day refund if our items are grossly misrepresented in the online auction. Our return policy does not cover the listed item's packaging - this is NOT what is being auctioned but IS included with the pony. We take pictures of the tiniest defects and try to represent the item to the best of our ability.

If you're not happy, we're not happy! Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you experience any issues with the item itself, not the packaging it comes in, that is beyond our control, as we treat everything we sell with respect.

*Please note, any shipping issues are to be pursued with the carrier if you purchased insurance or you can file a claim with the PAY PAL BUYER PROTECTION policy I do carry on all my auctions - follow Pay Pal's instructions for filing. Although insurance is optional, it is HIGHLY recommended as we are not responsible should your package arrive safely but disappear off your doorstep, or the carrier treats it with disrespect!
