Me Standing In Front Of God's Hand

Hello and welcome to my "About Me" page. First I'll start with a little background info about me, after all that is what this page is all about.

I am a life long Alaskan, born in Anchorage and have always been the Indiana Jones type. My parents named me Erik after the Viking Erik The Red and it just so happened that when I started growing my beard as a teen it was red, so I think the name fits. That's me in the picture over there standing under an outcroping of rock that I discovered while on one of my many expeditions in the Alaskan wilderness. I've appropriately named the rock "God's Hand".

You can learn a little more about my life as I was growing up by reading a wonderful book that my very talented mother has had published called "Waltz With Me Alaska" An Alaskan survival story, available in my items. It is the true story of our epic struggle to survive the harsh Alaskan winter in a 16'x32' army tent with temps reaching -70 degrees below zero. This is simply a book you will not put down once you start reading it.  

I have been collecting for about 30 years now and am excited to offer you rare and exciting items that I find along my many travels, which is why I Started Burning Heart Collectibles. Exploring and collecting is what I do and I love doing it!
