Problems,
what problems??
Well,
everyone's human (including our trusted postal employees), so if you don't see
your treasure within a week of our shipping notice to you, please contact
us so we can track it down for you. If it really is lost, we'll
refund your money, including S/H. But we haven't lost one yet!
If your
item arrives damaged, we will refund your money, including S/H, with proof of
damage.
If we send
you the wrong item, we will of course exchange it with the correct one if
possible or refund your money in full. (We actually have done that
before!)
If we make
a mistake, we will do our best to "make it right" for you.
What We
