What everyone should know about me
Doing a good job is very important to me. If you have a question or problem, please contact me. If you have won one of my auctions, please add DoReEgon@aol.com to your address book or check your Spam Folder for messages from me.

Due to Circumstances Beyond My Control ...
I am disabled with several severe and chronic health problems. When ill or hospitalized, I may not be able to respond to email promptly. PLEASE BE PATIENT if you do not hear back from me right away. Responding to eBayers is always my number one priority when I get back online.

History/background
I am dedicated to honesty and fair trading. I always try my best to treat others as I would like to be treated. I always attempt to describe any item I sell to the best of my ability and I also try to take photos that fairly represent the item's appearance. There may be times that my camera's harsh flash washes out color or creates glare on an item: I will try to point those times out in the item's ad. Feel free to request more photos via email. I'm happy to try more than one camera and/or more than one lighting scenario (indoors/oudoors/flash/no flash).

Shipping information
I am always happy to combine shipping whenever possible. If you have a question about shipping methods or combined shipping fees, please contact me. I buy a lot of items on eBay and recycle packing materials, such as bubble wrap and packing peanuts. I encourage you to do the same, these items need not go to our country's already over-burdened landfills! I use very sturdy boxes, reinforced envelopes, professional grade shipping tape or whatever is needed to protect an item properly.

Return policy
I will refund your money only if the item was grossly misrepresented. Otherwise, all sales are final. Keep in mind that no two monitors "see" colors the exact same way, so at times an item may appear to be a lighter or darker shade in the photo than in person.
