My name is Barbara Wiese and I have been buying and selling on ebay since 1999. I am the full time mother of six children, four girls and two boys. I sell on ebay as a business and I enjoy serving my many customers. I have decided to add this page to answer a few frequently asked questions.
FAQ # 1: Do you take offers on any of your listings? Answer: No, my auctions and store listings are substantially discounted, but I do offer a shipping discount on multiple purchases.
FAQ # 2: What is your shipping discount on multiple purchases? Answer: You pay the highest priced shipping first then $2.00 for each additional item ONLY if you purchase all of your items at the same time and pay with one payment. Please do not bid or buy any of my auctions if you do not agree with my shipping policy. Ebay states that I do not have to offer a combined shipping rate; this is done as a courtesy to my repeat and multiple purchase buyers.
FAQ # 3: Do you provide individual measurements for your items? Answer: I have an inventory of over 10,000 items and often time constraints do not allow me to measure individual pieces. I can let you know how a brand runs, however.
FAQ # 4: How quickly do you process your purchases and ship them? Answer: I ship many times per week, sometimes every day. I usually ship items weighing under 1 pound first class mail and those over 1 pound priority mail. Items ship from southern California.
FAQ # 5: Why am I blocked from bidding on your items? Answer: There are a few reasons this can happen: 1. if you are not located in the US--I only ship to the US and to our men and women who wear the uniform for this country, 2. if you do not have a paypal account (I only accept paypal), 3. if you have a feedback rating of -1 or less, 4. if you have 2 or more unpaid strikes in the last 30 days or 5. if you and I have ebayed before and the experience was less than optimal
FAQ # 6: Can I be removed from your blocked bidder list? Answer: No, as it is impossible for me to remember why I put you there.
FAQ # 7: Do you have sales? Answer: No, not as a regular practice, but I do have special promotions that I will send out to my customers that have asked to be put on my email list through ebay. Also, at times if I have too much inventory of one size, I will reduce the price on that size only.
FAQ # 8: Will you expedite shipping? Answer: I do offer express mail as an option and recommend it when you need an item by a certain date. Express mail is guaranteed, all other methods are not. Please inquire as to the express mail rates if the necessity arises.
FAQ # 9: Do you have inventory that is not listed on ebay? Answer: I am always listing and have duplicates of items already listed and items that have yet to be listed. I do not sell off ebay, but I will check if I have something you need--this is especially true if you have twins and list it for you if time permits.
FAQ # 10: Do you take returns? Answer: My policy is all sales final. That said, if I make a mistake and send you the wrong item, I will correct my mistake to your satisfaction. I have thousands of happy repeat buyers and want you to be one of them.
FAQ # 11: Do you leave feedback? Answer: Due to the changes that ebay instituted in the feedback system May 2008, I will no longer leave feedback for buyers on ebay. If this is of concern to you, please do not buy from me.
FAQ #12: Why do some of your listings say NWT and some NWOT? Answer: Baby Lulu does not tag all of their merchandise, only some. Hats, Blankets, knit tops, leggings, and various other pieces do not come with the Baby Lulu drawing tag (which is the only tag they put on when they manufacture the clothing). If you would like my store tags added because your purchase is a gift, please let me know as I do not retag merchandise as a rule, but will only if you ask me too.
