We also offer a growing selection of downloadable software from a variety of suppliers including Go SD Media. At the Rock Realty Pro Educational eBay Store, you can purchase any of these products online. Once the transaction is complete, you will be provided with a unique website address (URL) that you can visit and "pick up" (download) your purchases for up to seven (7) days. If you purchased an item on CD, you will receive that item on a CD-Rom or Audio CD (depending on the item purchased) in the mail to your PayPal shipping address. Payment: We accept and prefer PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will delay shipment up to 10 days for the check to clear and total time between sending your check and receiving your order may be up to 4 weeks. We expect to receive payment within 3 days from the auction end. If we do not hear from you within that time and no payment is received, we will consider you a em>non-paying bidderand will file this with eBay. Appropriate feedback will be left and the item(s) may be relisted. Sign up for PayPal; the fast, easy, and secure way to pay online.

Shipping: We use USPS as our carrier for software items and UPS for non-software or CD items. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO. Please provide us with a physical street address for all non-software or CD items. The shipping price listed is for USPS First Class mail or Ground service to the continental U.S. only. Rush shipping (3 to 4 days) is available by USPS Priority Mail - ask for details. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam residents email us for an airmail quote. We include insurance on every non-software item we sell. Extreme care goes into packaging your order by a professional team and every order is double boxed. We want you to be completely satisfied when you receive your order. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours after we receive payment. We ship from southern California. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for your item to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times vary depending on location and are not guaranteed by the shipping companies. See the chart below for your estimated time of arrival. We ship to the U.S. only for
non-software items. Software items may be shipped Internationally. Local pick-ups are not available. Our warehouse is not set up to handle them. Average Shipping Time: Personal checks should add 12 to 14 days to the above shipping time for your ETA (up to 4 days to receive your payment and 10 days to clear). |
Returns: You may return *any item to us for any reason for a refund
of the purchase price as long as all of the following conditions
are met: Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. *Digital downloads, software and audio CDs are NOT REFUNDABLE! On rare occasions, we may ask you to send a defective product back to us. In this instance, the defective product will be replaced (or refunded) and your return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Save $5 on each additional auction!! Check out our other items and save with combined shipping!* *Single payment and single shipping address required. Auctions/BIN sales must end within 72 hours of each other. Not available with digital software, digital downloads or audio cd products. If you bid on multiple auctions, please hold off payment until the last one ends to take advantage of the discount. Orders are processed as payments are received so if you pay, we ship and no discount can be applied. |
Refunds: At the time this auction began, the item(s) up for bid was in stock. On rare occasions, items can quickly become out of stock due to their high demand. Should this occur we would be more than happy to offer one the following resolutions: You may choose to wait for the item or items to restock and an ETA will be given for your convenience, choose another item of similar value, or we will give you a full refund. |

Email/Spam Filters: We send out a confirmation email with your ETA for every order. Please set your spam filters to a low or moderate level in order to receive it. If you do not receive your confirmation, check your spam box. Contact is sometimes necessary. Those of you that use a separate email account and do not regularly check it may find your order delayed or even refunded. We do not hold payments for more than 48 hours when we need a response from you.

Feedback Policy: Our policy is to allow our buyers the opportunity to leave us feedback first. The reason we do this is to insure that everyone has had a great experience with us. Our job is not finished until you are happy and you have left us positive feedback to denote this. We use an automated feedback program that recognizes positive feedback left for us. So, if you leave us positive feedback, you will get the same in return within minutes. It does not work for neutral or negative feedbacks. So, if there is any reason regarding this transaction that would prevent you from giving us anything other than a positive remark, please let us know FIRST so that we may have the opportunity to make you happy :-)
