We sell a wide variety of accessories for weddings, prom, or any special occasion.
We love to work with a wide range of pearls, swarovski crystals, and flowers to make beautiful creations for your special day.
We started creating bridal accessories because of an unfortunate car accident. We were rear-ended by an uninsured motorist driving with a suspended license. We sustained many injuries. Among other things, my wife lost strength and control of her hands. Her hand therapist recommended exercising hand control by doing things with precision, so she started a hobby of making hair ornaments and jewelry in part for physical therapy. In the end, we continue to have problems with our injuries and we are stuck with lots of loans to pay off medical bills so here we are... making bridal accessories to aid in our recovery. Please know that each item we make comes from hard work and love. We know how hard it is to shop for bridal accessories as we just got married, and we wanted to create beautiful items for others to share. Thanks for your visit. Profiting from any unauthorized use of an established product, item, description, or image is unethical and illegal. Ebay takes action according to its intellectual property policies, which includes suspending auctions and terminating repeat violators.
Q: Why does Butterfly Enchantress Designs care if I sell a single piece of unauthorized Butterfly Enchantress Designs products? What is the harm?
A: Illegal use of Butterfly Enchantress Designs intellectual property harms everyone, both the consumers and the original designer. For example, when a seller makes unauthorized copies of our original designs, Butterfly Enchantress Designs is losing revenue. Our creations are our livelihood and our reputation. We have worked hard to build a good reputation from our hard work and originality. Any confusion or association between the illegal copies and our original work is a form of copyright and/or trademark infringement.
Q: Why didn't you contact me directly before reporting my auction to ebay?
A: Other ebay sellers may view direct contact from us as auction interference and harassment. Thus, we send our first notice to ebay. By allowing ebay and VeRO to take any initial action, we don’t have to worry about lost/ignored emails or any misunderstandings. Butterfly Enchantress Designs works to protect its intellectual property against unauthorized uses. Therefore, we request the quick removal of such unauthorized sales to protect our work.
