Q: Ie won an item how can I pay?
The preferred method of payment for US, Canada, & UK
buyers with CONFIRMED
Paypal addressesis through Paypal.
Click on the link in the auction that says ay Now./p>
**Please note that paypal payments
can only be accepted for & shipped to CONFIRMED paypal addresses. A
confirmed address means that Paypal has verified that the shipping address is
the same address as the credit card billing address. When you select the
address on paypal, it will say onfirmednext to it. If you do not already
have a paypal account set up, this process may take a few days before your
address is confirmed. If you want the item shipped to a non-confirmed address,
you must use one of the below options.
Other acceptable forms of payment include: Mailed personal
check (checks are accepted from US banks ONLY & will be held 10 business days to
clear), Mailed money order (processed the next business day after receipt),
Bidpay.com ( will be processed as soon as Bidpay approves the funds & provides a trackable
money order).
NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN US DOLLARS.
Please remember to include your eBay item number, eBay ID,
email address, & shipping address with all payments and correspondence.

Q: How do I send a credit card
payment?
Credit cards are accepted only through our Paypal account, or
through Bidpay.com. We cannot accept credit cards directly. Click on the ay nowbutton after you have won the
auction to pay via Paypal, or visit Bidpay.com to make a credit card payment
through Bidpay. (Note: Bidpay no longer accepts Mastercard payments).

Q: Can I pay with Paypal & send
it to my aunt/uncle/brother/sister/friend at their address?
Sorry, but we cannot ship to UNconfirmed paypal addresses.
(A confirmed address means that paypal has verified that the shipping address
is the same as a credit card billing address).
In order to have an item sent to a gift address (or other
unconfirmed address), you will need to mail a check or money order to:

Checks are held 10 business days to clear; Money orders will
have items sent within 1-2 business days of receipt of the money order.

Q: Can I just
give you my credit card information? Can I pay by phone?
No. We cannot accept credit card payments directly, and
cannot accept phone orders. All payments must be sent according to our acceptable payment options.

Q: My Paypal payment was denied!
What happened? Does this mean the auction is canceled?
No, the auction is not cancelled. You are still under
obligation to submit payment via an acceptable method listed above. The main
reasons for denied/cancelled Paypal payments are (1) unconfirmed address, (2)
international address not covered under Paypal Seller Protection Policy, (3) incomplete
payment. You may need to resubmit using your confirmed address as the shipping
address, OR submit payment via an accepted method for unconfirmed/international
addresses. If your payment was denied, you will receive an email (sent to your
email address listed with Paypal) explaining why the payment was denied. If
payment was incomplete & was cancelled, you will need to resubmit payment
in full. Please read the S&H chart carefully. Email us if you need help
calculating S&H charges for multiple items.

Q. Why was my credit card charged if payment was
denied?
Paypal charges your credit card as soon as you make the
payment request. If the payment is denied, they will then credit the amount
back to your card. If you are able to view your credit card statement online,
you may see this refund within a few days. However, it may take up to one full
billing cycle to appear on your statement. If you have any questions regarding
whether a credit was applied, you will need to contact Paypal customer
support. Paypal has control over your credit card charge/refund we do not
ever see your credit card number, and have no access in order to process
refunds except through Paypal.

Q: I paid with Bidpay, but my payment is still ending.How long
does this take?
See Bidpay FAQ. Most orders that are approved are
approved fairly quickly. However, we have had some orders that have taken more
than a week before being either approved or denied. If you think your payment
is taking too long, you may need to email Bidpay to see if they need
additional information from you.

Q: When will my
item ship?
In general, we ship the next business day for all payments
received in full by 5pm CST. Payments received after 5pm will be considered
received the next business day & processed accordingly. There are occasionally exceptions, as
we are a home business & do have other family priorities that occur from
time to time. If your item will ship more than 1 business day after the chart
shows, we will contact you to let you know about the delay. When your item has been packaged for shipment, you will receive a
shipping notification email from Scott Stuff, UPS, or USPS. If a tracking
number is available for your package, it will be sent at that time.

Q: Why does shipping seem so high
for this item?
S&H is more than just the actual shipping costs.
Shipping & handling costs cover all expenses related to shipping your
product.
We recommend that you compare the total price (item +
S&H) when comparing offers.

Q: Have you received my payment?
Has my item been shipped?
In most cases, we ship items the next business day for
payments received before 5pm CST.
However, we are a home business & both of us have other jobs/family
responsibilities which sometimes prevent us from shipping the next day.If you have not received a shipping
notification within 48 hours of sending a payment, please FIRST verify that
your payment has been sent (in Paypal, it will say ompletedfor status;
Bidpay will say ailed& will show a money
order number). If you are certain we have received payment, but you have not
received a shipping notification, please email Scott
Stuff. Be sure to include your item number, your eBay ID, and the email
address used for payment within the message.

Q: What my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping
notification. Many of these emails are "caught" in spam filters. We use the automated email messages through
UPS & stamps.com to send this information, and it is often moved to "spam" or "junk" mail folders. Please add
QuantumViewNotify@ups.com and info@stamps.com to your "Whitelist" or "safe" email list so that you will
receive these messages in your inbox in the future.
If you have checked your spam filter & still cannot
locate your tracking number, please email
us & we will look it up for you.
Note: Half.com does not provide
us with your email address, so we are unable to enter your email address on the
UPS or USPS website to forward you a tracking number. If you have not received
your package in a timely manner, email Scott
Stuff for the tracking information.

Q: Ie bid on multiple items &
want to combine shipping. Can I wait until all of the auctions end?
Yes, as long as you initiate payment within 7 days of the first auction close.
Payment must be received within a certain time period, or it will be filed as a
non-paying-bidder.

Q: Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes. Please see the shipping charts at the bottom of each
auction. Start with the "First Item" shipping cost of the HIGHEST
shipping item. Then, add the "Second Item" shipping cost for each
additional item (see charts on each auction).
For example, if you buy a camera & memory card: Get the
price for "First Item" shipping on the camera chart, and add it to
the price for "Second Item" shipping on the memory card chart.
Please note that eBay/Paypal will not automatically
calculate the combined shipping cost. Please submit the correct amount in the
total section, OR by using the iscountsoption when making your payment
through Paypal.
If you have problems calculating shipping costs, email Scott Stuff
for help. Be sure to include auction item numbers, your eBay ID, & email
address for all items.

Q: Can you ship with my personal UPS
account number? Can you ship via any other method to save on costs?
All shipments must be sent as stated in the auction. We
CANNOT use personal UPS account numbers, send C.O.D, or by any other method
that is not listed in the auction.

Q: My confirmed address is a PO Box.
What is my shipping cost?
Buyers who wish to have items delivered to their PO Box MUST
use a USPS form of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes with UPS. If you want
to ship to a physical, non-confirmed address, you will need to submit payment
via an alternate accepted method.

Sorry, we no longer provide a pickup option. We work from
the home at odd hours & do not have time between day-jobs & family to

NON-PAYING-BIDDER ISSUES
Q: I received an unpaid item notice from eBay - now what?
Q: Oops! I accidentally bought something, but did not intend to.
Can you cancel it?
Q: I've received an unpaid item notice, but I still want to
buy the item.
Q: I found the item somewhere else & don't want to complete
the auction. Can you cancel it?

Q: I received an unpaid item notice from eBay - now what?
Bidding on an item at eBay is entering into a binding
contract that you will follow through with your purchase. When you bid & do
not pay, my only recourse is to file a non-paying-bidder alert to eBay. This
allows eBay to refund my auction fees so that I do not lose money on the deal.
However, once a buyer has 3 non-paying-bidder marks on their record, they may
be subject to account suspension. (See eBay http://pages.ebay.com/help/index_popup.html?policies=buyer-rules-overview.html
and click on "non-payment")
If you agree to recover my eBay fees, I will consider the
issue resolved & will remove the non-paying bidder notice. Of course, you
also have the option of completing the auction & paying for the item to
resolve the issue. Email Scott

Q: Oops! I accidently bought something,
but did not intend to. Can you cancel it?
Please contact us immediately. When you bid & do not pay, eBay still charges us for the
sale. We can file a mutual cancellation through eBay, which allows us to
recover most of the fees associated with your bid. If you do not contact us, an
unpaid item notice will be sent 7 days after the bid/auction close.

Q: I've received an unpaid item notice, but I still want to buy the item.
Great! Send payment ASAP via an acceptable method, and we
will consider the issue resolved IF we still have the item in
stock. If we did not receive valid payment within 10 days, we may have already
relisted & sold the item. If the item is no longer available, you may
resolve the auction by paying our eBay fees (see above).

Q: I received an unpaid item notice, but I really did pay for my auction!
Often, when people pay for multiple items, only one item
number is referenced. This results in our computer seeing the others as
npaid Sometimes this problem is also caused when a buyer accidentally
uses the "buy it now" option multiple times for the same item. Email Scott
Stuff with your item number, your eBay ID, & your email address, and we
will correct it ASAP.

Q:
I deleted this item from MyEbay - doesn that mean it cancelled?
No. Deleting an item simply deletes the listing on your page
view. This can be useful when you have paid via a method other than paypal
& no longer wish to view the transaction every time you login to eBay.
However, deleting the item does NOT cancel an item, and does NOT release you
from your obligation to pay & complete the transaction.

you feedback, please send us a feedback request.

Q. Why did I receive negative feedback?
Negative feedback may be left for the following reasons: (1)
Buyer refuses to communicate, or communicates rudely or in a hostile manner;
(2) Buyer leaves negative feedback for us without any attempt to resolve the
issue, (3) Buyer refuses to purchase the item as agreed, with no valid reason
for backing out.
EBay will not remove negative feedback unless it has been
incorrectly posted to the wrong item number. If you feel this is the case,

and we will research the issue.

samples available for viewing. We recommend that you try a retail store to view
the item & then return to eBay to purchase at a better price!

Can I call you about my item?
We prefer to handle all communications through email so that
we can more easily keep a record of any agreements/order changes/problems/etc.
By using email, you will get a quicker, more accurate response. (We can answer
email at 2am, but not phone calls!) If
something MUST be resolved by phone, the best way to do this is to email us
with your phone number, eBay item numbers, eBay ID, & email address.
Include a detailed message with your email & the best time for us to reach
you. If we feel we can address your answer by email, we will use this method
first. However, if this still does not resolve the issue, we will attempt to
contact you by phone. Please note that the time period for returning phone
calls is much longer than our email response time.

Q: Do I have to win an auction? Can we
do a deal outside of eBay so I can get the item faster or save money?
Yes, you must win an auction. No, you cannot purchase
outside of eBay. eBay prohibits outside sales using contact information
acquired from their website. See eBay
policies for futher information. If you want an item immediately, check for
our "Buy it Now" options. If you want additional items with your
order, you will need to win an auction for each separate item. If an auction is
not available for the item you need, but we previously carried the item, you
may email us to request us to create an auction listing if we have the item
available. Items purchased through multiple auctions may be combined for better
shipping rates.

Q: Help! I've received my item &
it doesn't work -- what now?
Our official policy, stated in every auction: ALL SALES FINAL
Please email us for support in configuring, installing, etc.
Many of these types of complaints can often be resolved over email by changing
settings, verifying connections, etc.
If an item is covered under manufacturer warranty, you must attempt to resolve
the issue FIRST with the manufacturer.
In very rare cases, we
may authorize a return/exchange. We MUST approve ALL returns first, or you risk
not getting a refund. If you send back an item that is determined NOT to be
defective, we cannot refund your shipping costs AND you will be charged a
restocking fee as the item must now be resold "used."

What kind of memory card do I need?
Q: I ordered the wrong type of memory card for my camera. Can I
exchange it?

Q: Does this memory card work with MY
digital camera (or PDA)? What kind of memory card do I need?
Memory cards come in several different formats, including
compact flash, MMC (MultiMedia), SD (Secure Digital), XD (eXtreme Digital),
SmartMedia, & Memory sticks. Differences include size/shape, maximum memory
per card, and the type of slot required. You MUST buy the correct memory card
for your device! Check with your owner's manual, or check the card you are
currently using.
We do not have information for every camera model available.
Check your owner's manual for the proper card needed.
If you no longer have the manual, try the following:
(1) Remove the memory card from your camera to see what type
of card it is
(2) Search for your camera's model number on the
manufacturer's website & look up the technical specifications.
If you have tried all of the above & still cannot figure
out the type of memory card you need, email Scott
Stuff with your EXACT camera brand/model & we will try to look it up
for you. Be sure to mention that you have read the FAQ & still need help,
or you will get an email back with the exact info above.

Q: What about SD & MMC? Are they
the same thing?
MMC & SD cards are the same size & generally
interchangeable. However, consult your owner's manual to verify whether your
device will accept this type of card.
According to one internet source:
"You can use a MultiMedia card in a device that is
equipped with a SecureDigital card slot. However, you can not do the opposite;
SD cards will not work in an MMC-only device."
Basically, if your device says it can use MMC or SD, you are
fine with either. If it says "MMC only", then you may not be able to
use an SD card.

Q: I ordered the wrong type of memory
card for my camera. Can I exchange it?
All exchanges MUST be approved before you return the item.

Please note that if you accidentally order the wrong memory
card, we can exchange it, but you must a) pay the price difference between the
cards, b) cover shipping for the 2nd item, AND c) ship back the original.
You may either: (1) Order the new format card immediately
& pay full price. When we receive your return, we will refund the auction
price of the first item, OR (2) Send back your original & pay for price
difference/postage. We will send out the new one when we receive the original
& price difference/postage fees.

Q. What does MAH stand for?
MAH stands for Milliamp Hours. This is an indication of how long
the batteries will last. If the battery states 2200 MAH, this means it will run
at 2200 milliamps for one hour, or 1100 for 2 hours, etc. The MAH rating may
vary as our supplier sends newer shipments of batteries. You may receive a
battery with a higher MAH rating than was stated in the auction. Be happy! This
means that you have received a better battery that should last longer in your
device. Please note that higher power batteries may take a longer charging time
to be fully charged.

Factory refurbished means that the item is no longer
qualified to be sold as ew.This could be simply because the item was
returned (never) opened to the store where it was first purchased. It could
also mean that the item was repaired in this case, the repair is done by
trained technicians at the factory, & then re-certified to be sold as
efurbished Refurbished items are considered ike new.In most cases,
these items are still sold with the manufacturer warranty (Please see the
