We do not pay for return shipping, nor do we refund promotional shipping. Once returned items are received in original & good condition, credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return & Refund :
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for the product for money back.
- Return cannot be accepted on worn, soiled stained or washed merchandise.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- No replacement to be arranged if any return by the customer.
- Return Items should be sent back to Hong Kong at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
Other Term & Condition :
- Buyer is responsible for addition COD charges, VAT, Custom fees & duty for importation (if any). Seller ONLY handle shipping to Buyer.
