Important Auction Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any item in our any store you AGREE to all below terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read all terms and conditions prior placing a bid.

Payments

• Payment expected within 7 days. If you cannot pay please don’t bid!
• If you would like to pay in parts or leave deposit and pay full amount later, we will be happy to work with you on arrangements.
• We will issue strike, block for any non-paying bidder.
• We accept
  • Bank Transfer (EFT) -24 hours clearance time ONLY MORE THEN 200$ ORDER
  • Direct Deposit at Bank’s Brunch (BANK OF AMERICA)
  • Bank Check
  • Money Order
  • Credit Cards only via PayPal if only listing has PayPal as payment method!
  • We do not accept credit cards directly, only via PayPal.
• To avoid delays please ONLY include your eBay user ID in reference field of bank Transfer.

Shipping

1. Please note processing time may be required for each listing. Item cannot be shipped prior processing time completion. Processing time begins after payment received in full.
2. At our discretion we reserve the right to ship via:
   • USPS\FEDEX\DHL\UPS OR ANY OTHER Courier
   • FEDEX\DHL\UPS (No shipment to P.O. Boxes )
3. If you have paid using Pay Pal services, we are obligated to ship only to the  person and address registered on Pay Pal account – absolutely no exceptions.
4. All are eBay listings items are in stock and located in los angeles - we do not ship to or from overseas.
5. FOR combined shipping is may allowed may not allowed for some item please send us email before u buying.
6. for pick up please email us on some item we allowed some are not.please send us email before u buying.
7. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping exceptions such as delays, returns due to incorrect/incomplete  address or any other events. Shipping delays cannot be a reason for requesting for returns/refunds. In case of guaranteed delivery services exceptions, we will request full refund form service provider and will give it back to you.
8. We strongly encourage buyers to purchase shipping insurance for any items over $100. 
9. We accept no responsibility in unlikely event of lost/damaged items due to delivery service and if shipping insurance available on each auction has not been selected (declined).

Important Information

     We reserve the right to cancel sale if we have made a mistake in the listing. Full refund will be issued using same method as original payment.  In some cases we cannot remove listing that contains error. We will notify buyer and cancel a transaction. We do not engage in any negotiations if error had been made on the listing and we agreed to full refund.

• All photos are generic for the product line and actual item may have different components. Please check all details in the specification section and please don't make assumptions as it is not possible for us to have a photo for each configuration variations ( i.e. camera, turners, remotes)
• We may accept exchanges only within 7 days of items being delivered to you.
• In many cases packaging is a corporate.  We do open each box to inspect items and add additional protective material to insure safe delivery!
• Email is the only form of communication.
• Please do not bid on our auctions if you require phone support only sales by phone.
• While all our listings are in stock, some shortages and stock errors may occur. In such unlikely event, please kindly accept our apology. We will issue full refund within 72 hours using the same method as original payment.
• If we made a typo on the listing- let us know and we will correct it ASAP.
• No responsibility is  taken for any errors on the listing. If not sure- ask!

Refund Policy

• Refunds generally are not an option and all items sold on as is basis and buyer assumes all responsibility for any possible errors or misunderstanding. 
• In a case when wrong item have been shipped, refunds are only may be given same item is not available for exchange within 7 days and only with prior authorization obtained from us.
• Refunds are processed within 2-3 days only after all below conditions are met and steps are completed (no exceptions please).
• Item returned back at buyer costs with all originally included accessories and packaging.
• We initiate 'Mutually agreed not to proceed' process on eBay - buyer must follow up and close the process.
• Refund is only given using same methods as original payment.
• We strongly recommend that you leave feedback for this transaction.
• Restocking fees may apply 25%
• Postage/ Insurance fees are not refundable.

  Each of these policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes on the Site. In addition, when using particular services on the Site, you agree that you are subject to any posted policies or rules applicable to services you use through the Site, which may be posted from time to time. All such posted policies or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

What does "factory recertified" mean?

Unless otherwise stated, the Logitech branded products that ML Marketing Auctions offers are "factory recertified". That typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (like their computer does not have the minimum system requirements, or they received the item as a gift and brought it back to the store).

A factory technician checks the product out to make sure it is in fully working condition and then sells it to a distributor (like me), who resells the product to consumers (like you).

Often, the only way to distinguish these from new is that Logitech blacks out the tiny serial numbers on the bottoms of the products, takes off the UPC code, or removes the front page of the manual.

Factory recertified products usually include single-page instruction sheets & software in addition to what's pictured in the auction. As for packaging, the mice, cameras, webcams and gamepads are in sealed clear plastic bags. The keyboard sets are usually packaged & shipped in non-retail boxes.

All the items we sell have a "non-doa" warranty (doa meaning "dead on arrival" or "damaged on arrival"). That means that if it doesn't work when you first get it, you may return the item for a replacement or a refund at your discretion. If you look at our ebay ratings, you'll see that overwhelmingly customers are very satisfied with these products.
