Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Handling - Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Buyer Pays all the Shipping, Handling and Sales tax. We mainly use Courier Ground Service to deliver most of our orders. The Courier Ground shipping is faster and secure.  We also offer shipping options via Canada Post for delivering to, for example, AK, HI, AP, AE, AA of the U.S., address with a P.O.Box number and address with an apartment # .  Delivery time via Courier Ground is normally 1-9 business days depending on location.   Delivery time via Postal system is normally 3-31 business days depending on location.
  • Please make sure to provide us with an address where someone will be there to receive the package from courier. If you want the item to be shipped via Postal system, please inform us in the payment email before the item is shipped.
  • It is buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided to us is reliable and without any mistake. If, in any case, an incorrect address is provided, or buyer changes shipping address after the item has been shipped, or the item is refused at buyer's (recipient's) end upon delivery, and it results in the package being returned to us by courier or post office, the buyer must bear the costs of shipping and handling to reship the item. If the buyer does not want the item to be resent and wants to cancel the order, only the bidding price or the Buy It Now price will be refunded, the shipping and handling rate will not be refundable.
  • In case of delivery exception, we may send you additional tacking information to urge you to call the courier company as soon as possible in order to rearrange delivery, or set up a pick-up. It is buyer's responsibility to keep tracking the item, and in case of delivery exception, to contact the courier for delivery. We will not be held responsible if the package is returned because the buyer has not done his/her part to make sure the item can be delivered.
  • We will not be responsible for any lose and damage of the package after the package is delivered to the recipient's address, and the courier company/post office confirms that the package has been delivered to the recipient's address.

    Customer service & return policy: 

    You can return any item purchased from us in its original condition for a full refund minus shipping rate within 20 days after the date of purchase. Please give us a notice before you return the item. A return without our acknowledgement / authorization will not be accepted. All returns must include insurance for the value of the product. Return shipping cost is to be paid for by the shipper.
