Customer Service:  While I am only selling personal items that I no longer need and I don’t run a business, I do strive to provide quality customer service.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding my listings, please don’t hesitate to contact me electronically through eBay.

Payment:  I accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks through Paypal.  Items will not be shipped until payment is received in full, payments must fully clear through PayPal before shipment.

Shipping:  I prefer to ship by USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority Mail, as per the winning bidder’s choice.  I include a small handling fee ($1.00 on most items) to cover packing materials and shipping insurance.  The handling time before packages will be shipped is up to 3 business days after receipt of payment in full.  If you are the winning bidder on two or more items, I will automatically combine shipping, and only charge the handling fee once (if handling fees vary on items won, I will charge the highest fee only).

Returns:  Most items are sold “as is” and returns will not be accepted.  However, if there is an error in the listing or if the item is defective (unless defect is clearly stated in the listing), a return will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of package.  Full payment, including shipping and handling, will be refunded within 3 days of receipt of returned package.  Return shipping is not reimbursed.

International Bidders:  At this time I do not accept bids from outside the United States, with the exception of Canada.  If the winning bidder is from Canada, I ship through USPS Priority International only.  Winning bidder is responsible for any and all customs and taxes that may apply.
