The eBay official time is Nov-21-09 22:58:41 PST. To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.

I have been a member of the eBay community since Saturday, May 23, 1998 .
This page is for my eBay customers and others interested in bidding on my items. Please read this carefully before bidding in any of my auctions.
BIDS
All customers must pay for items for which they are the high bidder or when using the "Buy it Now" option. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in me leaving negative feedback, contacting eBay and filing a complaint. eBay will be notified of cases in which the high bidder fails to pay in order to credit my account for the lost seller fees. An e-mail will be sent to the high bidder after I receive the official eBay end of auction statement. This will usually come in the form of an automated e-mail from PayPal, my preferred form of payment. I reserve the right to refuse any sale to any bidder with a negative feedback rating. If you do not plan to pay, DO NOT bid on my auctions.
SHIPPING COSTS
INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items if the buyer refuses to pay for insurance. The price of insurance depends on the item where it is being shipped. Please check the shipping information at the bottom of the auction page.
Shipping costs will be as follows (this includes the price of a protective bubble mailer and/or other protective packaging... I am not making any profit on shipping):
MISC: All items will be shipped via Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.EXCEPTIONS: Foreign rates will be determined based upon the weight of the item and to the country it is being shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS
All sales are final, and no returns or refunds are allowed!
EXCEPTIONS: If I am in error on any item's description or if I have shipped the wrong item, returns and/or refunds will be issued upon notifying me of the mistake. Since insurance is the buyer's choice, it is not my responsibility if an uninsured item is damaged in transit.
