1. I'd like to continue shopping & purchase a few items, will you hold them for me? Yes~ Email me & I'll gladly hold your items for up to 2 WEEKS until your done shopping to save you $ on shipping!

3. How do you do your measurements? I take the clothing item & lay it out flat & give the exact measurements of the garment. It is not *what it would fit* but the exact size of the item. You should always keep your personal measurements smaller than the ones that I list to assure a good fit. Please feel free to ask for any additional measurements you may need!

4.  Do I need to pay Sales Tax?  Only CA residents need to pay 7.75% Sales Tax.

5. I don't know how to send a combine payment with PayPal.  Just email me~ I'm happy to send you a combined bill.

6. I see many items are 2 piece sets, do I have to wear the 2nd layer?  Yes, the second layer must always be worn to cover the nursing slits.

7. Will you ship International?  Yes, I will ship to any country. I am very fair & will NOT overcharge for International shipping.  I will sometimes use the International Flat Rate Priority envelope for $11.  Sometimes, I can fit 2 or 3 items into them if they are lightweight enough.  Please do contact me with the items your considering buying to see if they would all fit.

8. I'm new to eBay and I'm not quite sure how to do everything, can you help me?  ABSOLUTELY!  I Love to help newbies on eBay!  I will *hold your hand* through the whole buying process if you need me too!

11. What are your combined shipping rates?  It is $5.75 for the first item & $2.25 for each additional auction. Unless your using a special sale- it has a set shipping.

12. I see you have 3 places to shop, your website, eBay store & auctions.  What if I wanted to buy something from each place, could I combine payment & shipping?  ABSOLUTELY!  I can send you a bill that will reflect all your purchases.

13. What if the item doesn't fit me can I return it? Yes, you can return it for your bid.  This amount is less shipping/handling.  Even if you received free shipping, it is less the amount it cost me to ship the item to you.  Plus a $2 relisting fee.
Your return dollar amount will be an exchange or credit to buy something else from my eBay store, website or auctions. You'll need to pay to have the new item shipped to you too.
In or on the package you must include the auction #.  It also must be shipped within a week so I can file with eBay to receive my final value fee credit and do a relist. 

14. Will you leave feedback for me?  Yes, Once I see your happy with your item & leave feedback for me, I reciprocate. I do NOT leave negative feedback for any customer that pays me. Please do not fear negatives from me, even if we had a difficult transaction. I ONLY leave negative feedback if you never paid or never contacted me to communicate. I certainly appreciate the feedback that you leave for me!  It helps new customers know HOW GREAT My items are! 

15. Do you leave negative feedback?  Yes, but only after trying to get ahold of you for 30 days.  I will email and try to contact  you by telephone. I give plenty of time for my customers to get ahold of me & pay.  I do understand though that *things* happen.  i.e.  In hospital giving birth (this one happens alot) :) sick children, computer crashed & so on~

16. What payments do you take? Checks -Money Orders  & Credit cards through PayPal.  I take ALL forms of payments through PayPal.

17. How often do you list new items?  I list new items EVERY Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights!

18. How will you resolve any problems we may have?  I WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS to take care of any problem!  I really want our transaction to be a positive experience for both of us. If there is any problems, please let me know BEFORE leaving bad feedback. I'm only human & I work with so many clothing items that I might miss something. Please give me the opportunity to make everything right! I'm happy to do exchanges & pay for return shipping but only BEFORE receiving a negative or neutral feedback comment. Please be kind and considerate of my business & I will treat you with the utmost respect and appreciation! I do block bidders from buying again if they leave comments without trying to work out problems.

19. How soon will you ship my items?  I ship the SAME DAY or within 12 hours of receipt of your payment unless it is a holiday.  My feedback reflects SUPER FAST SHIPPING! If you require that your items arrive *ready to wear*. Shipping costs will be $10. I super economically pack items to save YOU on shipping costs. I do not ship in boxes but envelopes to save a few trees too. Your items WILL need freshend up before wearing due to wrinkles from shipping.
