My husband is a Cajun from Louisiana, and we've lived in Texas for 21 years, so I guess we are Texas Cajuns now. Ya probably know that Cajuns are Acadiens, originally from Nova Scotia area, and that they are great cooks and fun-loving people. Lots of them speak Cajun French, with some English mixed in. We speak English with some Cajun accent mixed in. I love to cook Cajun food, and my husband loves to eat it, so we've been married for 40 years. Makes a good combination!
eBay Business Interests
We've been buying and selling collectibles and antiques ever since we got to Texas, but didn't start selling on the internet until 1998. Remember the Antique Trader? We bought and sold in the Trader--geez, how antiquated! No pictures, no feedback. Just trust in the person and product. It was great fun, and I still subscribe to the Antique Trader!
We deal primarily in glass and pottery, costume jewelry and crafts, small collectibles and Christmas ornaments, but we're likely to list about anything that isn't nailed down.
