Let's have some fun decorating! The steps shown in my videos make it possible for you to create, from buttercream, cakes you never thought you could do. The decorating I do uses: very few decorating tips, only 1 basic batch of icing, no specialty pans, no drying or freezing time, can be completed in a very short period of time, can be cut and eaten with the cake, are fun for the whole family, give you access to my website and personal email address, and allow you to enter the wonderful world of buttercream decorating.

I have been decorating for 30+ years. The Cakegenie name came about from the phrase, "Your wish is my command" and the fact that my name is Jean. I have poured my heart and soul into creating new styles and techniques of decorating. All of my decorating has been done in a commercial setting. It has been done repeatedly, hundreds of times, with workable results each time, or I don't add it to my videos. It will not take you 30 years to learn to do what I do. I have done that part of it for you. I have taken what I know works, put it in easy to follow, step by step explanation and made a how to video. My goal is to make decorating fun, easy, fast, inexpensive, creative, legal, and unique. Now, I want to share the knowledge I have acquired with everyone world wide. If you have never tried it, now is the time. If you tried and would like to learn more, this is your chance.
