Our business services and policies
Shipping:
All shipping is calculated per your zip code to protect you from over payment.
I process all order immediately.
We ship all packages: using usps postal service - priority and parcel class using ups ground daily - Monday thru Friday (except holidays) with insurance - it will be included in your shipping quote for the safe arrival of your items with delivery confirmation - for your comfort that your package will arrive.
**Refunds and Returns **
* Due to the limited supply of most items, a replacement may not be available.
* Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
* If a replacement is available, the original item must be returned and inspected within 14 days of the delivery confirmation delivery date.
* If a refund is decided,the original item must be returned and inspected within 14 days of the delivery confirmation delivery date before the refund will be granted.
* All items will be inspected before a refund or replacement will be granted.
* No refund on clothing.
* All returned items must be in their original packaging, the packaging must be in good condition unless it was damaged in shipping.
* Items damaged in shipping must have a claim filed with the shipping insurance. once the claim is accepted, a refund will be issued.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. all return packages must have insurance and delivery confirmation.
