Dealing with fine china and dinnerware is a main focus, but look for a variety of collectables & misc items too. The goal of californiatull is to serve eBay buyers with a high level of honesty & integrity in listing, selling, and completing transactions. Plus, a definate aim to please.
Since dinnerware is used & different specifics matter to each buyer, here's some THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
#1: Shipping is always USPS. After comparing shipping companies and being located on the west coast it is the best overall rate for shipping and delivery time. And buyers often recieve items in 2 days after paying with PayPal!
#2: Flat rate shipping when noted, is not Priority Mail, but you can always request & pay the difference for faster service.
#3: Shipping costs are stated on the listing page with a postal calculator OR flat rate for your convenience in bidding & paying. Multiple item listings are calculated after purchase, since the quantity varies with each buyer. Multiple purchases can also be combined to save on shipping, but wait for an invoice with total due before paying!
#4: Payment is accepted & preferred via PayPal, but can also be made with money order or check. Checks have a 2 weeks waiting period before shipment goes out. PayPal is shipped to confirmed address on payment only.
#5: No changes are made to shipping terms after purchase. Be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding or buying. Insurance is optional, but always recommended for your protection against loss or damage by the USPS while in transit.
#6: Careful packaging of your purchase is a must. This is an important focus- You are looking forward to your items!
#7: Threatening or negative emails & negative feedback history are not tolerated & can result in cancellation of the transaction.
#8: Contact is required within 3 days of purchase. Payment must be received by californiatull within 7 days. This means that mailed payments need to go out close to the same day of purchase.
#9: Every attempt is made to list items honestly & accurately - with an aim to please you, the buyer. Sales are considered as final - ASK question prior to bidding/buying since allowances are only made if a gross & negligent misrepresentation occurred. Contact regarding a problem must be made within 3 days of receiving your purchase + returned items must be postmarked for return within 7 days. Prior approval required for all returns. There is no refund or payment of shipping costs.
Again, great effort is put into describing listings accurately & completely, but something could be overlooked that matters to you. Email for more information prior to bidding/buying.
