it falls on a weekend, then normally the item/s will be shipped out on monday.
On our subwoofer and speaker auctions, the number of items included in the auction
is always in BIG RED LETTERS right below the pic of the subs/speakers in the
middle of the page.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We do our best at describing all items
that we sell and also do our best at replying to all questions.

Our Shipping Fees:
1st off the line on the auctions state "Shipping & Handling"
not just "shipping" or the price of a stamp!
We use set "Shipping and Handling" Fees on All of our auctions.
This is done for 2 reasons, #1 being I don't want to spend all day answering
"how much is shipping to where ever" emails,
#2 So the BUYER KNOWS UP FRONT what our SHIPPING & HANDLING charges are
for the item. If you DO NOT like them, shop elsewhere.
Our "Shipping and Handling"
charges include ALL postage, materials and time to package and deliver to shipper.
Ebay's policy states:
"Sellers may charge a reasonable shipping and handling fee to the final price of their item, providing that this fee is disclosed in the listing. A shipping and handling fee can cover the seller's reasonable costs for mailing, packaging and handling the item."
You have been told up front on the auctions, before you bid, what our "Shipping
& Handling" charges are, making note of those charges before you bid
is your responsibility. If you fail to do so and feel a need to leave negative
feedback about our shipping cost after the fact, expect a blunt and to the point response.
If you think our shipping cost is too high then bid elsewhere is the best advise
that I can give you.
Our OPINION on feedback. 1st expect
to receive the same rating that you give. The feedback needs to be refined as
it is currently based on opinion instead of facts and opinions are like, well
you know what, and everyone has one.
When we ship:
1. PDf files are sent within 24 hours after payment has been received, under
normal circumstances.
2. All other items are normally shipped within 72 hours after payment has been
received unless falling on a weekend or holiday.
3. ALL checks require 14 business days to clear before any item will be shipped.
Questions & Emails:
1. When inquiring about an auction that you have won, PLEASE include: the auction
number, your name, date paid, and the method that you used to pay, Paypal, money
order etc.. DO NOT send an email like "yo, where is my subs?" We have
no idea who you are and it is not our job to try to figue out who you are.
2. When inquiring about an item in an auction, GIVE the auction number at least.
3. We do NOT send out emails to buyers unless there is a problem. If you paid
by money order and have not received an item, wait at least 10 days from the
date that you mailed the money order BEFORE inquiring, under normal circumstances
you will receive your item before the 10 days has passed, if paypal was used
allow at least 7 days.
4.We respond to all emails that we receive, if you do not get a response then
more than likely we never received your email.
5. FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS - why would you want to conduct business with a free
email account? 99% of the bounced emails that we get back, or never receive
our reply are from buyers that use free email accounts. If you are going to
conduct business, use the email account supplied to you by your ISP at least.
All of our pdf files have been thoroughly tested on various computers and operating systems and ALL work with no problems. If you can not open them, the problem is on your end. DO NOT send emails threatening to leave negative feedback unless you want negative as well.
The most common problems related to not being able to open the pdf files.
1. FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS and AOL are known to either corrupt the file or strip it completely. Why do you want to use a free email account to conduct business with any way, they are junk and totally unreliable.
2. You DO NOT have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed correctly
4. Some virus scanners are known to corrupt pdf files
For Adobe related problems go to the support area of adobe.com
All Emaled questions sent to us that do not contain the following will be deleted:
1. NO information in the subject line of the email. DO NOT leave the subject line blank.
2. Auction Number
3. Buyers Full Name
4. Method used to pay and date paid
