At CarAlarmsEtc, our number one goal is always to provide value to the customer. We may not always have the best price on a given product, or the big, well-known brands, but we do offer the best VALUE for your money.

We personally check out each item before we decide to offer them for sale. If the unit doesn't have certain features, or has a history of defects, then we won't sell it - no matter how good the deal. For example - another eBay seller offers an alarm + a 2 door lock kit that's around the same price as the version we carry. Sure, we can get that same unit, but we don't. Why? Because it has a built-in shock sensor. This means that the shock sensor is in the brain, so your mounting choices are limited. Our alarms all have external shock sensors, allowing the installer to hide the brain away, and still mount the shock sensor in an accessible, yet central location for best results. That's VALUE.
We have also designed kits that work well together, like our car alarm + universal 2 door lock kit. You won't find any relays you have to figure out, like the competitors do. We include a Door Lock Relay Module, that is fully enclosed & comes with it's own wiring instructions. It even plugs into the A-10, so there's no splicing. We have even started selling cable door lock adapter kits for use on some of the newer vehicles. That's VALUE.
We include a FREE vehicle wiring info sheet, as well as any other tech sheets that apply to your vehicle. We have access to at least 5 tech support databases. Many of my competitors claim they give the FREE wiring info, but they can only provide for vehicles up to 2003. I have access through 2008, and 2009 is available for many models. Many of the new vehicles need diodes to isolate the door triggers. We include those FREE, as well as a tech sheet on diodes. Again, more VALUE.
Finally, with over 15 years of installation experience, I personally have helped many customers through their first alarm or remote start install. We also alert customers of extra parts they might need, so they have the opportunity to get everything they need in the same box. Saves on time and shipping.
