Hi there, My name is dave, and im the owner of automotion operating under the ebay name carcomusa. In addition to sales and parts sales we have a full service registered repair shop. Im originally from NYC and have been in the automotive industry for 20 years now. I have a masters degree in psychology and a bachelors degree in communications. I have turned away from the field im educated in ,to pursue the industry that i like a lot which is working with cars and car related items. I generally like what i do, sometimes i love it, then there are days i simply hate it ( i guess most people feel this way about what they do). Much as i like the auto industry, i do not consider myself a salesman, i am more like a general manager overseeing operations. I have worked at a few very large dealerships as a buyer and a general manager and i consider myself very good at what i do. In terms of sales i like to treat people the way that i would want to be treated as if i was buying a car or wanted my car serviced! I consider this to be very important. All the employees at our facility understand this and uphold these principals. I feel people generally leave our facility satisfied with the service they recieve! Im very proud of our reputation and it shows in the large amount of repeat business.

As we are now entering our third year on ebay, we have continued our commitment to servicing our customers. years ago we would have never predicted we would be selling cars online, but now we see that it is the future of auto sales and we have conformed to the new way of selling. we have sold nearly 400 cars on ebay with extremely high customer satisfaction and have obtained the level of platinum powersellers, and one of the most touted sellers on ebay motors. We offer a checked out and certified product. Many of these vehicles come with in house warrantees. Of course we have to keep in mind that used cars do occaisionally break down and thats where we become great sellers, by servicing our customers to their satisfaction. We have even shipped transmissions across the country in order to uphold our commitments in service. Sometimes the people you buy from are even more important than the actual product. Our sales and service staff are friendly , knowledgeable and energetic.
