INTRODUCTION

Welcome to CardsGamesToys eBay auctions. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to rate me, I just became a Top Seller. I appreciate it very much!

I expanded my gaming material, and started to list classic game parts, pieces, directions, and other items to improve or complete your games. Reasonable prices offered. If you don't see it, please ask, I may have it. I receive new inventory every week.

Let me sell your stuff on eBay. With 11 years experience, I will maximize your profits! If you have lots to sell and either do not have the time or expertise to sell it all? I am an eBay Trading Assistant located outside of Hartford, CT. Contact me at sondsmom@aol.com and I will respond quickly. I offer "no money up front" listings. I have been a member of the eBay community since Friday, Jan 01, 1999 .

My eBay seller value proposition:

1) Honesty.

2) Clear descriptions and scans, with no surprises.

3) I do NOT profit off shipping. Materials cost money and I just need to get your item shipped safely.

4) Open communication. This is not my full time job. I have and do make mistakes, and if this happens, we will work together.

5) I do not have employees, is is just "me". I do what I can when I can as quickly as possible.

POLICIES

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Most of my listings are collectible and nature and I accept NO RETURNS, however, I do state my policy if applicable to a particular item. I basically try to do the right thing.

PAYMENTS:PayPal payment is expected within 10 calendar days of the date you receive the invoice.

SHIPPING: My standard is to ship within 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS after a cleared PayPal payment. Most of them are out within 1-2 days anyway, but as I have a full time job along with eBay, the expectation I set is 5 days.

FEEDBACK: I run several auctions each week. I WILL leave you a positive, it could take a while though, as I do them in bulk. I never solicit a positive from you, please leave one if you feel you were treated fairly and I was honest. PLEASE allow me to wrong a right before you complain to me, eBay, PayPal or leave a negative. Thanks!
