Hello and welcome to all about me!!!  This is a great way for me to share a little about myself so that you can feel comfortable buying from me.  I am an extremely honest person and I feel that if everyone on eBay were the same, this could be a great situation for those who do this for extra income and for those who do this full time.

My goal is to eventually own a brick and mortar building and sell face to face with people as I love that aspect.  I have met many wonderful people on this site domestic and international.  One in particular in Italy.  It's wonderful to meet new people and find ones you already know.

I feel very strongly about my stars!!!  I have some of the lowest shipping rates out there and I don't charge a handling fee to domestic buyers.  I have to charge for international as I have to drive to the post office, fill out additional forms, etc., and with gas prices almost at $4.00 a gallon at this point in time, I still am trying to get those rates down.

I usually ship same day or next and I ALWAYS send you an email letting you know when your item is being shipped.  I pay for your label through PayPal at home for domestic so you should receive an email by PayPal.  Notice that I make nothing or less than .50 on your shipping and that covers my packaging, listing fees, ink, labels, free surprises in your bags, etc.  So, basically I am making ZERO on your shipping costs.  Please keep that in mind when rating me.

I want this to be a fun experience.  I also do not ship to uncomfirmed addresses.  This is a policy with PayPal and I do this for your protection as well as mine.  Sellers are not covered by the protection plan if we sell and ship to an uncomfirmed address. Please respect me and other sellers as we do this for safety reasons.

Most importantly, I have shipped outside the U.S. before and I had so many issues that I stopped.  I am now offering that service again, but please understand that if you do not purchase a confirmation tracking mailing procsess, I cannot be held responsible for your item.  Also, I do not control customs.  Once that package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for the timeliness as sellers are not held responsible for this. If you cannot be patient for international shipping, then please do us both a favor and don't bid.  It will make us both have less stress.  Thank you.

As for my business guidelines, if I purchase something from you, I will certainly provide you positive feedback once I receive the item(s) if all is well.  I will not provide negative feedback to you without contacting you first and trying to work something out.  If you are buying from me, it is much appreciated that you provide me with positive feedback upon receiving your item(s).  I in turn will do the same for you.  As we all know, the stars that we gain are a great way for more sellers to trust us and buy from us.  I know I have had many people in the thousands (stars) not provide feedback and I just want to say to them, you got there by others leaving you feedback, please do the same for the rest of us as we are working towards the goals that you are. 

I TRY BY BEST TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AS MANY TIMES AS I CAN, BUT THERE IS A POINT WHEN YOU DON'T PAY, I AM GOING TO FILE A DISPUTE.  MY POLICY REGARDING PAYMENT IS CLEARLY STATED.  PLEASE FOLLOW THAT POLICY AND ALL WILL BE WELL.  DON'T SUPPLY ME WITH EXCUSES.  IF YOU ARE AN ADULT, YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH. EBAY SPECIFICALLY STATES TO CLICK ON THE COMMIT TO BUY BUTTON.  YOU HAVE A CHOICE.  IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY, DON'T COMMIT TO BUY.  THANK YOU.

I don't normally do any type of refunds, but if it is clearly my fault, I will definitely work with you and do all that I can to make you happy.  I feel that is what I should do when I am selling you something.  As some of you know, I have refunded monies and I do have those same customers return when the situation warrants a refund.

The simple rule is, pay within the timeframe and I will send out your item(s) - everyone is happy.  Let's have fun and do the right thing out here.  We are all here for a reason and for those looking for great deals, hopefully I or someone else can provide that for you.  I look forward to eBaying with each and everyone one of you.  I hope the feelings are mutual and we can all be successful on eBay!!!!!

eBay is fun and it's great to get out there and bid and try and win that item or items, but reality is, you are committing to buying an item just as you would at any retail store or online store.  You cannot just order it and then not pay.  For every action there is a reaction, so please be kind and pay when you win an item within the timeframe of the seller.
