As you can see my feedback score is 100% which I work hard to maintain by insuring all customers receive the best posssible service. This would include a money back guarantee on all items purchased, a special shipping discount on multiple items, with multiple payment options.

The money back guarantee would include, an item is not what you anticipated, some how not presented properly, or just doesn't fit you may return it. I would refund the purchase price plus shipping once the item is returned in the same condition it was orginally shipped.

I try to ship the next business day after payment is received. I am very careful in wrapping Crystal items to insure against breakage during shipping. I make shipping insurance optional but the best policy is pay a small additional fee ($1.65) just to be safe.

I do offer combine shipping of multiple items all packed in the same box delivered to the same address. I use Ebay calculator to determine the total shipping cost based on the weight of the item and your zip code.

I can ship to any verified mailing address which would include A Post Office Box, A Military Address, A Residense or Industry. I will also ship to Worldwide Countries thru USPS or UPS Services.

Once an item is purchased and payment is received a shipping label is generated thru Pay Pal. They in turn send me a confirmation number and tracking number. This information is then forwarded to the customer via Email that they know the item has been shipped and have the tracking number.

For payment I prefer Pay Pal for ease of transactions however can accept Cashier Checks or Money Orders. Personal Checks and Echecks are also accepted but there is a 4-5 business day waiting peroid for banking verification before the item can be shipped.
