Welcome to Carmel Station!!

We’d like to tell you a little about ourselves.

First of all, Carmel is a combination of our names, Carla and Melanie. Our business is located near the historic Union Station in Nashville, Tennessee…hence the name.

A little bit about our backgrounds:

We are sisters and have worked together in the education field for over 22 years and are turning this part-time gig into a full time venture!! Both of us have been Principals at a special education school at different times and have been teachers and counselors as well. After being in this area for so many years, we decided it was time for a change!

Carla began on Ebay in 1999 as “carlasclutter” and began selling movie memorabilia from her husband’s family’s theatre in Tennessee along with lots of “clutter” from home and estate sales. In 2005, Melanie joined the ranks and become a partner in the business.

In deciding the direction to go, we knew we wanted to focus on entertainment related items. We decided to sell Griffin Technology items. Carmel Station is designed to be your ticket to fulfill your computer and iPod entertainment wants and needs.

Melanie is married with 3 children. Carla is married with 2 cats.
