FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: AND EASY TIPS FOR
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER WITHIN A FEW DAYS.
We try our best
to ship orders as quickly as possible. About 98.8% of all orders are
shipped and delivered on time. Most items are shipped the same
business day when (orders are placed before 1pm PST) and paid with
paypal without complication.
Follow these steps below to get your items Quick Everytime!

Paypal accounts:
Buyer must have a
Verified
paypal acount and a Confirmed delivery address!
NO
EXCEPTIONS.

We will deny payments thru paypal that show an
unconfirmed address.

Postal Money orders are accepted. Just send a money
order if your paypal shows Unconfirmed (No Personal Checks!)

If you are buying a present or a gift to be
delivered to an alternate address, we can only accept a Postal
Money Order.
Q. How long til I receive my orders?

Delays are due to complications in billing and shipping information
provided by customers:

Billing information inconsistent:
with what's on the credit card record, requiring verification. To
protect the credit card holder, we have to verify that the credit
card holder authorized this purchase.
It is critical that you have a
working phone number and e-mail address with every
payment!!!!

problem with your order we can contact you.
We Prefer to Call.

Billing address/name
different from shipping address/name, requiring verification.
Again, we must verify the credit card information before shipping
to protect credit card holders. (These type of orders are mostly
cancelled and denied)

Emails not reaching you: Emails are imperfect; however -
check bulk & junk folders for tracking number if you don't have
tracking w/in 2days. Also, make sure that you are checking your
Ebay email., the one that was used when you first signed up for
ebay - not your paypal email, often those are different. We only
sent tracking info and your order history to your registered ebay
email account.
- Wrong
address and/or zip code used in the order: If shipping
company can't deliver and returns the package back to us, there
will be a reshipping charge. To avoid re-paying shipping charges
please leave a phone number with order so we can call you if
address is incorrect/incomplete.
- Wrong
shipping method chosen.
For instance, UPS does not
deliver to PO boxes. UPS Ground does not deliver to Hawaii or
Alaska. If a wrong shipping method is chosen, we have to contact
you before shipping, which may result in delays in shipping.
- No
one at the shipping-to address to accept the package. The
shipping company may send the package back to us. After 3 failed
attempts with notices left. Do not expect us to just reship your
item if item comes back because you were too lazy to get your
package.
- Orders
placed during non-business hours such as evenings,
weekends, and holidays will not be processed until the next
business day.
- Non Paying Bidders: Dont bid
and not pay. No excuses.., ie.. that someone was on your computer
etc., thats your fault take responsibility. All non paying bidders
will get a non paying strike and a negative rating. All negative
ratings given to us if found unjustified will result in a negative
feedback. Read ebays policies, Ebay says allow up to 2weeks for
delivery on items. There are many circumstances out of humans
control like weather and disasters.
Delays due to
our shipping warehouse operations because of Manufacturor delays:
- Shortage
of ordered item(s).
This is currently affecting less than 1% of all orders. We like
to contact customers via phone in case of shortage, that may delay
orders for more than two business days. This happens when the
physical manufacturor is low on an item and sends us an incomplete
order. Since we dont like this when it happens to us, We won't
split an order and ship items separately. (unless we talk to you
first), or you authorize us to upgrade your order if we are low on
the item you purchased. You will receive an
email with tracking
when package is shipped. Your packing slip is
electronic. We are doing our part to protect our planet. Please
don't ask for a redunant packing slip, print off payment
from paypal/tracking if needed.
- To avoid
Low/Disco delays, please indicate whether substitution is OK.
- we always upgrade a purchase/order if a substitution is
needed.
Returns:
- Returns:
Exchange only. - If received DOA. (Needs to be claimed within
7days of receiving item) - Call number on Package.
- Merchandise
authorization (RMA) orders
will not be processed until we receive the returned merchandise.
This is because we bench test items to see if it was DOA, or
actual installation error. ( which does not cover a warranty or
exchange). All working returned items are subject to
20% restock fee.
