WELCOME TO CAROLS MANUALS AND MORE.
Hi. I seem to have a knack for finding books and manuals. So, you'll find a lot of them listed either in auction or in my Ebay Store. BUT, I do like to vary what you'll find. I can find some pretty interesting items at times. I promise to describe things as well as possible, but, if you find I haven't. PLEASE email me and ask. I'll gladly answer any and all questions, even email a few more pictures if you find you need that to help make a decision. I want you to be happy with your purchase. :)
Selling & Shipping policy
Here's a few things that I do pretty standard. You'll probably see most of this on my selling items.
I always send you an email when your package is shipped. If you don't receive one, check your SPAM settings.
I usually prefer to ship Priority Mail. There are exceptions. A light item, extra heavy item or a book. I try to find the lowest cost for you. You have the option of insurance, unless it's a fragile item. For those, I do require it. I pack carefully, but things do happen during shipping. I use a private insurer, which costs a bit less.
OPTIONS
Heavy items: Can sometimes be shipped UPS for a lower rate. If so, you have that option. I live in a remote area with no local drop-offs within 60 miles. UPS charges a little extra to pick up from here.
Light items:Shipped first class.
Books:Shipped Media Mail. Be warned, they can take up to 14 days to arrive. Can be sent Priority or Parcel Post if you prefer it faster.
When I list, I try and let you know what your shipping will be. If you want another way of shipping, please don't hesitate to ask. If it's possible, I will try and do it YOUR way. After all, YOU are the one paying for the shipping.
I always ship FAST. Depending on when you pay, your package will be shipped the same or next business day. I can't control the USPS speed of delivery. Please keep that in mind when you leave feedback. I Do leave positive feedback when I ship, and do appreciate yours upon arrival of the item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I will gladly ship internationally. I do ask that you let me know right after the auction, so that I can figure out your correct shipping options.
