I stumbled upon Gymboree when my first granddaughter was born!  I had always walked past the store in the mall, peeked in, saw the prices and then had to walk out empty handed.  I thought the clothing was beautiful, but way over the price that I could spend.  I was given a beautiful Gymboree set by friends for my granddaughter and after seeing the quality, without seeing a price tag, I was completely sold!  I needed to figure out a way to be able to have this clothing for my granddaughters without paying the full Gymboree price.

I started to research on Ebay after finding that my granddaughters would wear their clothing a few times, I would care for it carefully, and then I could sell it on Ebay with a much higher resale value than if I just sold it at a garage sale.  This of course led to me finding that people sold new (NWT) Gymboree shorts, pants, tops, dresses, coats, shoes and accesories at a reduced price.  Now I could dress my girls in great quality clothing for a fraction of the price!  This soon led to me opening my own online store specializing in both Girls and Boys Gymboree. I named my store LILAC ROSE BOUTIQUE after one of my granddaughters! I found that I could make great quality, Gymboree clothing available to everyone!  Sales have been great, I have formed some wonderful online relationships both in the US and internationally!  They say that you should sell something you believe in and love and I have been fortunate to be able to do that!
