What is  all about???

 I would like to start off this entry by first thanking you, the reader , for taking time to inquire who I am and what I am about. Whether you may have been a customer of mine, a curious buyer, or perhaps new to the whole ebay experience, I would like to say WELCOME!!

 My experience selling on Ebay has been a tremendous and exciting one. Personally the field of sales in general is one to my liking, now that I look back on it I can remember being of the young age of 12, going door to door asking for pledges for my different school fundraisers. Although it may be different now, as saying goin door to door, the excitment of the selling experience and as well as satisfying the customer is what brought Ebay to my interest.

I want you to think about that last line one more time. "The excitement of sales and as well as satisfying the customer is what brought me to Ebay. "Notice how I didn't say that becoming rich or wealthy is what brought me here.....I know your reading this now and like this guy is crazy!!..he doesn't wanna be rich??...Well in actuality money, to me, is a tool for which I use to get things I need. The goal is to live comfortably and taking care of those close to me, everything else would be a bonus. Too many people let money run their lives, use money to your advantage and try and set an attainable goal to reach.

Back too that customer being happy line one more time..Like the majority who started on Ebay, for my first 6 months on this site, I was a buyer. I bought various items, studied different types of auctions, different types of sellers, comparing and contrasting styles and for the MAJORITY the customer service field was totally lacking! I would pay for an item quickly, and wouldn't hear anything from the seller. I didn't know when my item was shipped or  when will I be receiving the package. Most sellers just won't communicate with you unless you haven't paid them in their IRS payment rules.(payment MUST be made in 2 days ect ect). These types of sellers are out there and what a PAIN of an experience do they make things. One quick example is just the other day I was interested in a cell phone charger and decided to purchase one on Ebay. Well I browsed across one but in the seller's listing it asked to contact for shipping costs. To make a long story short when I contacted the seller the auction had 5 hours left, when they contacted me back it was two days later. The auction was closed and forgotten when I received their mail.

Here's where I come in!! I believe that what i have to offer on Ebay in the field of customer services can't be matched with. I think like a consumer because I am, with every tranaction on Ebay I treat them like its a package I will be receiving. So every box being shipped I know that the buyer wants it:

• FAST
• SAFE
• NEAT

 My feedback is also growing daily (105) and more customers are starting to know the difference.

:HAVING A PROBLEM??...NO PROBLEM!!- 90% of transactions go smoothly with no problems. There are times when a problem may occurr with post office issues or perhaps a human error somewhere down the line. No need to worry here, I stick through the hardships of a problem and won't stop until the issue is resolved. Ill do all the work if the post office is at fault, and send them calls or emails whatever it will take, like I said, to resolve the issue.
