After losing quite the amount on S&H for international packages we will now only ship patches out of the country. 

CONCERNS WITH OUR AUCTIONS  

All of our federal patches are out of my own collection from the past 20+ years of collecting.  I only have a double here and there so bid as if it's the last one. 

If we list a patch that you have and issue with contact us

We will be more then happy to assist you and address your concerns.  Where ever we find that a patch has a sticker advising whom it was made by we will divuldge that information as we are not here to misrepresent anything we sell.  Again if this is still an issue, Email us by using Ebay's contact seller.  

If you have a Vero complaint also contact us and we will shut it down.

We would rather have the chance to continue selling on ebay then have them shut us down for something that we could have avoided.

We have just come into a collection of Baseball cards that were collected by a local person.  Some of these are cards are from 1960 through 2000.   I am not a card collector nor do I profess to know much about the whole card collecting and or grading ways.  

Good luck and I hope you find something you may need, or were searching for.  Please do not email me asking me to search for any specific patch, car, card or any other item that we may or may not have.  We simply have a lot of stuff that will need to go this winter.

If you have a question or concern PLEASE ask don't assume.   We check all our packages prior to listing them and when they go out.  If they arrived Damaged remember the Postal service isn't within our control.  Contact us and we will see what can be done.  We are a home based Ebay seller and not a full blown Business.  We buy our own popcorn and bubble envelopes, We are also starting to use newsprint as packing material.  We try to do our best and package item just as we appreciate it when we make purchases.

PAYMENTS

We prefer Money order, Cashiers checks, and Paypal.  PERSONAL CHECKS WILL DELAY ORDERS, by up to two weeks at times, AND ARE NOT PREFERRED.

PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS unless other arrangements are made.  This simply assist us in keeping your order in check.  The quicker you get it to us the quicker we get your purchases to you. 

SALES TAX

WE MUST CHARGE ALL NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS SALES TAX.  IF BY CHANCE WE FORGET TO PUT IT INTO AN AUCTION WE MUST STILL CHARGE IT AS WE ARE OBLIGATED BY LAW.

OUR FEEDBACK POLICY

We wait until you are pleased as the buyer then we will post feedback in response to yours.  Note this gets done approximately every third day.  This policy of our is not so that we can give you a negative back for a negative.  Buyers can no longer receive negative feedback.  It is done this way again because it shows us that we made sure that you were happy.    We have been known to run approximately 800 auctions within a week and feedback can be trying at times.    

 SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Please help us keep our shipping cost to you and others low by paying for all your auctions in one payment as it is cheaper for us when paying via paypal.  Send payment to us at our paypal link.   You may also send a Money Order, or Cashiers check for your purchases.  we charge the actual coast of shipping, packaging and a few cents for fuel.            FOR EXAMPLE:  We will charge $2.25 for a patch in a bubbled mailer to be mailed Parcel post with delivery confirmation.  The fee for this mailing is $1.31, plus .20 for the mailer. .01 for tape, .03 for label page and ink, .70 for fuel as the post office is a 2 mile trip.   We make a minimum of two trips a day to ensure your items are shipped out as fast as possible.

CARS

1 SMALL CAR 7.00
each additional small car 2.00 each

1 LARGE CAR typically 9.00 unless stated otherwise.
each additional large car 4.00 each
And so on..

For orders of seven or more cars

We will charge you what it cost us plus and additional $ 5.00 for handling.  We use peanuts or newsprint and package our cars to arrive safely.   We wouldn't have it any other way.  If a car arrives damaged then something went seriously wrong in the handling by the postal service.  Hence the reason insurance is optional and recommended to all U.S. consumers.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST

International orders must apply the following charges in addition to those listed above:

Patches .50 Per listed above
small Cars 3.00 per each.
Large cars 5.00 per each.

NOTE: We cannot garauntee how long a package takes when going out of the country.  All out of country mailings go out first class air mail.  Patches are mailed in clasp envelopes.  Cars in boxes with packaging material.  PLEASE, DO NOT get upset if it takes days or weeks.  We are not responsible for any customs fees.  Also  WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS TO LOSE MONEY.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE with our pricing policies PLEASE, PLEASE, do not bid.  we have several international customers that have been more than satisfied.  With the increase in people that complain about S&H fees after the fact, we may have to stop our international sales.  We have found it difficult to estimate how much to charge for International S&H because of the varying weights &  sizes in packaging, and all the different countries we could ship to.    We tried stated a specific price and then found ourselves spending more to ship then what was charged.  We have been known to include some change back in  your packaging if we have in fact found that it was fair for both of us.  Bid with confidence.

Regarding some of our patches

Our patches were purchased more than 6 years ago and have had them in our possession for quite some time now.  If you are not satisfied with a specific patch we will accept its return for refund without the S&H as long as it is in the same condition as it was when it left here.  If you have an issue with a patch we list, PLEASE contact us so that we may remediate the matter for you.
