We do our best to describe our items without writing a book on them. But we do realize that some of our customers need or want more details. Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, Eastern US Time Zone (standard or daylight savings - which ever is in effect). We are closed every Sunday and some Holidays.
Email and phone inquiries will be replied to during our hours of operation only and in the order we receive them. At times there may be a delay in a response. This will be due to request volume. Email sent after our hours of operation will be addressed the following business day.

Our auction business took off faster then we could have hoped for and we thank all of our customers for being a part of a great thing for all of us!
Payment Requirements:

Most of our customers are true pleasures to deal with! But as with everything else, there are always the few that feel the rules don't apply to them and never pay for the auctions they've won.
Because of this we have established the policy where we must receive your payment within 7 days from the end of an auction or we will re-list the item and proceed with the non-paying bidder action that advocates. Sorry to say that sellers have to do this, and many do, but it isn't fair to the customers who pay on time when others feel they may wait for several weeks or not pay at all. Appropriate feedback will be given in each case.
Payment Options:

We accept PayPal, Certified Checks and Money orders. If you are picking the item up at our store we accept cash, money orders, certified checks and credit cards.
We can not process credit cards over the phone or via email.
Returns and Our Warranty:

Most items will be sold as is, no returns. However return policies do vary, please see item description for more info.

Our Shipping Methods:
We have a minimum shipping charge of $5.99 Small flat items, such as DVD, Video Games, CD's, and similar media items, where the minimum shipping charge applies may be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS at our discretion. We require a signature of receipt for all shipping regardless of the method shipped.

Alaska and Hawaii:
The shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are extremely high. Expect your shipping costs to be upwards from $30 to $100 depending on the item. If you bid and win, then refuse to pay these prices, you will be reported to as a non-paying bidder.
International Bids:
Only certain items can be shipped internationally, please check the item description!
Sales Tax and Jurisdiction:
All purchases of items either picked up at our store or shipped to North Carolina addresses must add 7.5% of the item price for NC State Sales Tax.
All agreements and communications will be governed under the Laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States Federal Laws.
Multiple Purchases:

We will combine shipping for winners of multiple items if ALL of the following apply;
- They all will fit in one box and the combined weight does not exceed 70 lbs.
- They will all fit in one box and the combined size does not exceed a combined length of 102 inches (L+W+D).
- The total insured value is $100.00 or less.
The pricing of a combined shipment is as follows. The highest shipping charge of all items applies fully. For the remaining items subtract $3.00 off the 2nd, 3rd, etc.. auction's shipping charges.
If you want several auctions combined please send us an email requesting the combining of your auctions. In that email list, by item number, of all the auctions you want combined.
If the total value is above $100.00 additional insurance charges will apply.
