Payments:

Payment is via PayPal only. I do NOT accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Checks, Money Order or Cash). Payment must be received within 7 days. Non payment within 7 days will result in a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Delivery:

The item will not come in a box - the image is for illustration purposes only. All UK deliveries are shipped via the Royal Mail. European and overseas are shipped via Royal Mail (Airmail) with proof of posting - tracking may not be available. Items are shipped normally shipped within 72 hours of cleared payment. Collection is NOT possible.

Returns:

Items are covered by a 14 days warranty period (Not Software), unless specified in the sale. Please contact me before returning an item. Software sales are not covered by the 14 day warranty, software found to be faulty will be replaced. DOA (dead on arrival) items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Faulty items will only be refunded if replacement is not available. Items purchased in error, or non compatible will not be refunded or replaced. The buyer is responsible for ALL return postage and packaging costs. I am not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned items.
