How I Work: If
you are high bidder, please email within 3 days of close or next bidder may be
contacted. With over 1,850+ 100% Positive Feedbacks over more than 10 years, you can Bid with
Confidence! My descriptions are always scrupulously honest and include clear SuperSized pictures of every detail but I'm not perfect, so know what you are
buying and ask any questions before you bid. I will report non-paying or
difficult buyers to eBay and may cancel bids if you have less than 5 positive
feedbacks or any negatives. I give positive feedback after successful
transactions - please do so for me!

Shipping: As stated on all listings our normal processing time is 5 business days or less. However, we usually ship Priority Mail or UPS within a
couple of days of payment. We are compulsive about packing carefully to
avoid damage from normal handling. If a shipment is lost or damaged,
refunds will be processed only after an insurance claim is filed (buyer
may need to provide proof of damages to the shipper or return to me for
inspection). Insurance is required and is included
unless otherwise indicated. I usually only ship within the 48 contiguous
United States, however, International shipping if not included in the
listing will be considered upon advance request for additional
handling fees and postage. In order to offer eBayers the best products and values possible, some new items are drop shipped directly from a distributor or manufacturer. We are even more careful when selecting suppliers to make sure their customer service is up to our own standards. Occasionally however, some items may experience short delays depending on inventory levels and order volumes, though usually not more than our 5-day processing period.

(DSRs) are often misunderstood by Buyers. DSRs are not like other 5-point
rating systems you may be used to, where a rating of 3 is average. On
eBay, average performance starts at 5 and even 4's can result in penalties
for a seller, making it harder to offer buyers the best possible values!
So please reserve scores less than 5 for truly poor, sub-par
performance. I always strive to give 5-star service. If I have generally
been honest in my descriptions, clear in communications, timely in
shipping and within reason on fees please give me all 5 stars. If you
really were not satisfied for any reason let me know by e-mail and I'll

Guarantees: We guarantee that all
items are accurately described and shown in the supersized pictures or we
will refund your purchase price, otherwise they are sold as is and all
sales are final. Our feedbacks clearly demonstrate that our items arrive
"exactly as described." We work hard to give you an accurate description
and clear high-resolution photos of every item. Remember, colors shown may
appear differently with different monitors and lighting conditions so
guarantees do not cover minor differences in colors. Designer label items are guaranteed to be authentic. In the unlikely event
that there is a gross mistake in a description or we made an error with
your order please e-mail within 3 days and return the item within the
7 days. For clothing, shoes and glasses fit is never guaranteed - you
are responsible for knowing your size and reading the measurements
provided. Sizes may vary with different designers and styles. Guarantees
do not cover loss or damage during shipping and do not apply to
international buyers.
Unconditional Guarantees: Some items, as
indicated in the listing descriptions, may be unconditionally
guaranteed for 30 or 60 days. Though you are
not required to email or call first before returning the item, different items do require
different return addresses and if sent to the wrong address
it could significantly delay any refunds. So please email us before returning an
item for the correct return address. Remember, it can take some
time to learn to properly use and enjoy any new major appliance.
You have a whole month or two to try your item, so please
take all the time you need to learn about it and fully appreciate it before deciding
to return it.
Refunds & Exchanges: Returns must be received before any refunds will be processed and should include the original packing and
tags. Except for unconditional guarantees, there is no refund if the
item has been used, worn, washed, or had any alterations.
No substitutions will be accepted (looks the same but isn't what we sent). Serial
numbers are photographed and items are invisibly marked for identification. Shipping is non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a
tracking number. Please email me for the correct
return address before returning any item (addresses differ depending on source). If
a return is received without advance notice or after 30 days there may be
a 15% restocking fee to cover eBay & PayPal fees. Please bear in mind that, as a small
business, refunds must be processed within the available PayPal cash flow. As
soon as possible, usually within a few days, refunds will be credited
to the buyer's PayPal account less shipping costs, so please be
patient. After a refund is completed on PayPal I will file an Unpaid
Item report with eBay in order to officially cancel the sale. You
must reply that we mutually agreed to cancel the sale or you may get an
Unpaid Item strike on your account. There are no returns or exchanges on International sales though manufacturer's warranties may still apply. If you choose to return an item for an Exchange, there are no returns or exchanges on the second item, though it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
