Every Castle product sold through ebay has free shipping. Orders below £100 (exc VAT) are shipped using Royal Mails 2nd class service, orders above £100 (exc VAT) are shipped using a tracked courier service.

Returns Policy |
A no quibble return policy: -
We accept the return of goods for a period of 14 days from date of purchase. All returned goods must be as sold and unopened, goods not meeting this criteria are not accepted under our returns policy but at our discretion maybe subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Every Castle Group Ltd product has a 12 month warranty, in the unlikely event that your product develops a manufacturing fault we will repair your item free of charge or replace it at our discretion.
In all cases, the customer is liable for the return shipping cost to Castle Group Ltd. Refunds are not offered on any shipping costs and the customer is liable for any subsequent shipping on items found not faulty.
Castle Group Ltd will not be held responsible for lost shipments in transit.
Where refunds are given, any fees incurred through eBay will be offset on the amount refunded unless otherwise agreed with Castle Group Ltd.
