Thanks for taking the extra time to read this section. I always appreciate the opportunity to know something more about the person / decision maker when I am considering a business transaction. 

This page is a work in progress as you can see. Several years ago I  revived a childhood hobby that I always called, and knew as coin collecting, I now know that we use a much harder word to spell and pronounce "numismatists" (I guess this means I'm now a real coin collector, it seems a bit more like working now).

That being said, if you would also consider a  review of  my customers  feedback comments , you will see that I am very honest and a fast payer, as well as a dedicated business professional that knows that it is much more cost effective to maintain an existing customer, than it is to solicit for new customers.

 My real (for now) day occupation is a customer loyalty process improvement consultant for a major automotive manufacturer. I for the most part succeed in guiding automotive retailers that there is much more return on investment by developing new processes that are designed around what their current customers want, and exceeding the customers ever changing expectations.

After all, we will pay extra for better treatment, and are much less likely to shop for price only in most all of our daily business decisions.  I hope to implement this basic best business practice training to make myself famous here on eBay as a great seller of coins to a loyal customer base.
