Hello and thank you for taking interest in my items for sale. Below, please find information regarding Payment, Shipping, Returns/Refunds, and Feedback. If your concerns are not addressed on this page, please feel free to contact me via eBay Messages.
*****PAYMENT*****: I prefer payment via PayPal. Please pay within 3 days from the end of the auction. If you wish to pay using other methods, such as money order or personal checks, please contact me to let me know. Keep in mind that these alternate payment methods might require up to an additional 5 days or so before I ship the item to you.
*****SHIPPING*****: I will ship within two business days after receipt of payment via PayPal (longer if other payment methods are used). Delivery confirmation will also be included with online tracking information, unless mailed via first-class mail. Shipping insurance is optional if available. I will combine shipping for items purchased within 7 days from the first item, with a discount of $0.50 for the shipping of each additional item. International buyers please contact me for adjusted shipping information.
*****RETURNS/REFUNDS*****: I do try to describe the items I sell as accurately as I can. I've also included several pictures of the exact item for buyers to view. However, if you are dissatisfied with the item upon receipt of it, please let me know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the item's return. Note: Returns/refunds are offered unless otherwise indicated in the item descriptions. I can only authorize a refund of 75% of the total purchase cost and only if you notify me and return the item no later than 7 days from the date of delivery to you. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. I recommend you include delivery confirmation in case there is a problem with lost mail.
*****FEEDBACK*****: If you are satisfied with the item, please consider leaving me positive feedback on eBay. I will gladly do the same for you! If you are considering leaving neutral or negative feedback for whatever reason, please contact me before doing so and allow me time to reply to your concerns.
