Payment Details

This returns policy supercedes any returns details on our listings.

All watches are fully tested before shipping. If the watch is defective upon receipt then a replacement will be sent out at our expense after your defective watch has been returned for verification of fault/defect. If no replacement watch is available then a full refund of original payment and also the return postage costs will be made. Please note that all defects must be reported when items are received and returned to me unused in their original packaging without any alterations within 14 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS outside the 14 days period will be considered. Any defects that originate after our returns policy has expired can be dealt with by use of the warranty that comes with all watches we sell. Return postage costs for exchanges are non refundable. Buyers must meet the postage costs for orders returned for any other reason.
