Our restocking fee is refundable in instances of undisclosed damage or misrepresentation, as is shipping both ways (domestic destinations only). Please note that our items generally have an identifying mark which must be intact for any refunds to apply. Also, the item being returned must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by the buyer (we will inspect the item upon return to ensure this). We further ask that any contact regarding problems be initiated within three days of receipt of the item, and within a week of the item being shipped domestically (two weeks if shipped internationally by air) if it fails to arrive. 

Note that we cannot refund shipping/handling fees for international destinations under any circumstances. Also, because we have no control over how an item is handled once it leaves the United States, we cannot provide compensation should a package fail to arrive at its intended destination (unless it has been shipped insured), nor if it has been opened by customs prior to delivery, unless it can be proved that reported damage occurred prior to or in transit to the recipient Country.
