TERMS OF SALE
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all forms of PayPal payments. Payment must be received within 4 days of the auction close or purchase.
SHIPPING COST:
Postage, packaging material costs, delivery confirmation and insurance are included in the shipping and handling cost. We only ship to PO Boxes that have been verified by PayPal. We will ship to APO/FPO boxes but delivery confirmation is unavailable and at your own risk.
DOMESTIC: Shipping rates for USPS First Class(2-10 business days) and USPS Priority Mail(2-5 business days) are the highest single rate listed for the first item and additional items ship FREE.
CANADA: Shipping rates for Air Mail International are the highest single rate listed for the first item and additional items ship FREE.
UNITED KINGDOM-GERMANY-AUSTRAILIA-JAPAN: Shipping rates for Air Mail International are the highest single rate listed for the first item and additional items ship FREE.
Global Priority Mail International is available by request. Please email us for a quote.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We will combine shipping on items purchased within 4 days. We take the single highest shipping rate and then additional items ship FREE, unless otherwise noted. Payment for the first item must not exceed the 4 day payment period.
Items MUST be paid for together on ONE invoice. If they are not paid together than combined shipping will not apply. IF YOU PAY FOR EACH ITEM SEPARATELY, THEY WILL SHIP SEPATATELY.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
DOMESTIC: Items usually ship within 1-2 business day of our receiving a cleared payment, two days for custom made items. We will notify you via email when your item has shipped. Most packages will be delivered within 3-10 business days(Monday thru Friday). If you have not received your package by the 11th business day, please contact us via email through eBay's internal email system.
INTERNATIONAL: Items usually ship within TWO business days of our receiving a cleared payment, three days for custom made items. We will notify you via email when your item has shipped. Most packages will be delivered within 10-20 business days(Monday thru Friday), but can take 6 weeks or longer if they get hung up in customs. Packages sent Air Mail International are not trackable. If you would like to be able to track your package, please email us for a quote on Global Priority International shipping rates.
FEEDBACK POLICY:
If for any reason you are not pleased, it is important you contact us so we can resolve any issues. We look at every customer as a "repeat customer" and want your experience with us to be positive. We can't make something right if you don't let us know.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
We offer a 7 day inspection period on jewelry and coins. After 7 days, we assume you are happy with your purchase and have left positive feedback. If you would like to return an item: (1)It must be in its original condition-including tags. (2)We must be notified via email within the 7 days. Any item that has been tampered with or not in its original condition is sold "As is" and no refund will be issued. Items damaged in shipping must be returned with all the original packaging, including the shipping box or envelope. After we receive the item back, we will issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs.
